Lyons Contracting

We had a very pleasant experience with Lyons Contracting. Tom was very informative, prompt, and responsive when we had questions. His team was punctual, efficient, and seem to have done a very nice job. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend.

I’m a real estate agent and have had several clients use Tom with Lyon’s Contracting — all very happy with their new roofs. I’ve also had him over for a quote to replace the roof on my house, which he told me I still have a couple years left. He actually also helped me diagnose another issue in my house, just to be helpful. My neighbor just used them to replace their roof and said they were very happy. They did a great job cleaning up, no nails or anything left, which was important since they have little kids. I plan to use Lyons Contracting to replace my roof in the next year or two, since I’ve had many happy clients with their work. Most home owners will get a couple quotes from roofers — I’d suggest adding Lyons too.

Excellent work from excellent people! We had a small roof leak and Mike from Lyon’s was not only able to take care of the problem, but through in a toy chest for our newborn son to boot. I highly recommend Lyons and will definitely call on them again if need be.

Had a dripping ceiling in our bathroom and called them last Saturday. They followed up later that day and we set up a time to meet the following week. Contractor came out, knew within a few minutes what the problem was and quoted us a price to do the repair work. Repair work was done the following Saturday and looks very nicely done looking at it from the outside. It hasn’t rained yet, so that will be the real test but the work comes with a 1 year warranty so that provides some peace of mind.
The repair cost was higher than expected, but we never got a second quote because the other repair company we called couldn’t even come out for an estimate until 2 weeks later. I am happy to pay contractors more because I would rather pay more and get it done right the first time than try to save money and take the risks associated with a low bidder. I vetted the company and they have an A+ rating with the BBB Online and some other good reviews found on the web. No one is perfect but these guys did me right.
