McDonald’s

I rarely eat at these places but when the McDonald’s breakfast sandwich craving comes out of nowhere I had to comply… So I went today at 1230 and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. (It’s Sunday… Breakfast is an all day thing on Sunday’s it’s common knowledge so they should be overly prepared) I paid for my order pulled up to the next window and waited about 5 min until someone finally came to the window and told me pull up cause they were not ready yet. Not an issue… I like the thought of fresh sandwiches. So I pulled up to their set spaces just in front of the building and waited.
Tick tock… 15 min later
Finally someone brings out my order and I leave… (I know I should have checked before I left)
I get home 2 min later open the bag and take out my sandwiches and am floored by what I am looking at.
Really… did they really put a piece of sausage on a burger bun 2 times (both «sandwiches» where the same) and think this was okay? Do people order this? Is this a new menu item I am not aware of?
So so unacceptable McDonald’s you should be so ashamed! It’s not that hard to build a breakfast sandwich

RUDE!!! I’d give it a negative star if I could. This is the only McDonald’s near us in Del Ray so it’s not like o truly have a choice.
Ordering thru drive-​thru, the man behind the speaker asked for my order but was talking and laughing with his other co-​worker then proceeded to return to me wth an attitude that I was interrupting HIS conversation.
As I picked up my order, I asked the lady politely if she added the ranch I asked for (since this location always forgets the condiments) and she replied with an attitude: «look in the bag» and rolls her eyes. Jeeze! A simple no would have sufficed!

I visited this particular McDonalds on more than one occasion and I honestly don’t have anything against them. They seem to offer great customer service and keep the restaurant pretty clean. The staff are usually pretty friendly and my order has never been incorrect even when I am rushing and there is usually a line at lunch hour. This mcDonalds is like any other McDonald’s. When you come to these types of restaurants you go knowing what to expect so it’s no different than any other franchise.
Minus one star for location. Getting in to the parking lot can sometimes hold up traffic when entering from the left side of the road. When leaving the lot, some drivers are nice enough to actually let you exit without having to wait until the light turns red.

My food was hot and just fine. However, I don’t appreciate the guy at the drive-​thru holding my credit card hostage and asking when he is going to see me again with a wink. Creep.

The absolute WORST customer service! Majority of the employees barely speak English! The prices are overrated compared to other close McDonald’s restaurants. Hate it! It’s closer to my house, but I’ll do without.

Staff is always friendly, restaurant is clean, food is both quick and predictable. What more could you really ask for while considering a fast food establishment?

These folks make my oatmeal for me every weekday morning! What’s not to like about that??? They’re friendly and professional and the restaurant just had a major redesign and looks great.
The ladies working the drive-​thru are super friendly and ALWAYS get my order correct!

Can I rate zero?
I’ve been here about 3 times in 3 months, it’s close to my house, and that’s the only good thing about it. All three times there has been a very long line and employees just standing around. The cashier got my order wrong, but I sucked it up. I waited for my food (not too long) and the girl called out «Quarter pounder and salad» and gave me the bag. I realized before leaving that the salad wasn’t in there, so I told the cashier. They went to get it, and put it in a separate bag, to which I said that I only needed one bag (they were huge bags! so wasteful). The great quality bag then ripped (not because the contents were too heave or large, but because the bag was poor quality), and the lid on the salad wasn’t on all the way and spilled everywhere. The workers looked at me and watched me pick it up with my bare hands, and once I had it all picked up, one employee finally asked what it was and got me another salad. When I got home and pulled it out of the bag, they had included the wrong dressing. Terrible experiences every time I go. There’s another one 2 miles farther, and if the service is better, it’ll be worth it.

I have to be the first to say that this is a really good McD’s. I go here every now and then for breakfast on the way to work. It is FAST, the food is hot, and they haven’t gotten my order wrong yet (out of about 10 visits). Every time I pull up, they give me a sincere «Good Morning» and «Have a great day», and I know everyone says that, but it really strikes a chord because they look you in the eye and smile. That goes a long way when I’m on the way to the cubicle…
