The customer service was attentive and friendly the store itself was messy and interestingly arranged. Although I didn’t find anything worth purchasing, my husband found a couple of clothing items he was happy with. I found some items to be good deals and many not comparably lower than anywhere else. It’s one of those stores you might find something, you might not.

Friendly, honest and helpful. Bought a new front loading washer i found on Craig’s list. They have a nice guy that helps load heavy items-a small tip goes a long way with him. They have a 14-day return policy but don’t expect to need it – loving our new washing machine!

I went to Nova overstock last month because I had a coupon, I am giving it 4 stars because we spent like $ 90 on a lot of stuff we needed for the winter, stuff you would get at costco (same brands) for double the price. I’m guessing they sell the stuff they couldn’t sell last year: 2 avalanche rain coats (saw them in costco last week for $ 25 each) 1 pair of sakroots rain boots, 2 kenneth cole cardigans, 1 calvin tshirt, 1 long sleeve wool thermal, 1 legging thermal, very cozy sock 3pack, and ear muffs. I feel like we got a real bargain, if we had bought all of this stuff at retail we would’ve spent like $ 200.
Why not 5 stars? the place is very disorganized, somewhat dirty, small and had some overpriced stuff.
Most of the things they sell are new but they sell used appliances.
