I work across the street and used to come here all the time, but last week, when I picked my sub up from the basket, a German cockroach climbed out of the basket and started running around the table. I squished it with the receipt and won’t be back. There’s a subway a few blocks away on king street that is hopefully cleaner.

I have no opinion on the food. It is what it is. However, when I ordered a Mediterranean chicken and asked the «Sandwich Artist» to add Provolone as well she said «NO». No. No?
Your food could taste like heavens nectar, but you are dead to me now. You can make the crappiest food in the universe and give me decent customer service, I would give you some credit. Treat me like a child that cannot decide what goes on their sandwich AND pay for it, you are worthless as a restaurant. You are dead to me now.

Will not be patronizing this location again. Service is friendly enough, but they are anemic with the toppings. Vegetables are cheap, brah, load me up. I haven’t eaten at Subway in some time, so maybe everywhere is like this now? Still, a really disappointing lunch.

I guess people in Alexandria love Subway as much as I do, because there are several within walking distance of each other. This location is by far my favorite. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly, which is rare at a chain restaurant. Like many of the fast food restaurants in the area, there is a line at lunch time, but it always moves quickly.
