Although this smoke shop is close to the Telegraph Road exit off of the Capitol Beltway, I am awarding it a one-star rating because it is now charging customers, using credit cards to pay for their purchases, an extra fee.
In other words, be sure to have a lot of cash in hand if you plan on shopping at this place.
