We were hungry for a burger and decided to stop at Wendy’s, rather than McDonald’s. Not much for fast food available on the route one corridor between Old Town and Fort Belvoir. Never even got a chance to order. The help was to busy cleaning up and didn’t seem to think customers were important. I asked about a special that was emailed to me and was told they have no such thing. The place smelled of raw sewage, which was very unappetizing since we wanted to dine in. Needless to say, we just left. Sure miss Roy Rogers near Hybla Valley and it would be nice to have a Sonic or Burger KIng.

Thanks for the baked potato with no fork, butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, chives… Seriously, my entire order was a baked potato and lemonade. You’d think they’d get that right.

The absolute worst. Waited over ten minutes for our food. Going through the drive thru and we were asked to pull ahead and wait. We had to drive thru again to get our food. And these clowns want more than minimum wage.

This is one of two Wendys situated on the Richmond Highway corridor between Fort Belvoir and the City of Alexandria. And even though most of the employees taking orders are Hispanic, all is done right. Parking for customers is adequate and the drive-thru does not impede foot traffic. Indoor seating is adequate; however, it has been my experience that most folks using this Wendy’s opt for take-out.

Im giving the place two stars because the staff is always very courteous and the place is clean. BUT the last two times I bought burgers here by the time I got them home, which is a block away and I was in my car, they were stone cold.

So this location averages 2.5 stars, I’m actually surprised that it’s not 2 even. Fast food in general is not exactly gourmet but there’s something about every single fast food place along Richmond Highway that is especially bad when it comes to either taste, customer service or sometimes even how long it takes to get your order, this Wendy’s location is no exception. The food is barely edible, they weren’t ready or prepared to make a chicken sandwhich and the fries were like clay. I’m not sure if it’s just the 2 Wendy’s in Alexandria but the Wifi is not easy to access or has a mediocre signal if you do get connected. About the only positive is plentiful parking at night.

SLOWESTPLACEEVER! No stars, get it together! I shouldn’t have to sit at the screen for 7 minutes to order!

One time I got really bad food poisoning from here. Other times I’ve been OK. Saw an exceptionally hot girl in line also one time.

Always a problem when I come here. Already cooked Fries are always being re-dipped into the oil prior to serving. Charged me for someone else’s order once. Airways a issue. Use to love Wendy’s until this one. Gross, im done ordering here.

why aren’t spicy chicken nuggets not being cooked around the clock? 5 minute wait was a good 7.5. I don’t even like redheads that much to wait an extra 2.5

Stay away from this one… Not one employee speaks english… that’s the norm but the food is never good and the order is never right. save your money and spend it anywhere else but here…

It’s fast food, but during the weekday, during lunch, they are better than most in the area.
