Foxs Pizza

The only reason they are getting two stars is some of the food is decent. This place is a joke. I have been in Alfred 1 month for work and been here maybe 6 – 8 times.
Every. Single. Time. They screw up. Either my order is wrong, they forget about it (not kidding) and don’t remember until 20 minutes later when I ask where it is… Or as they famously did one time, actually give my order to someone else.
Their system behind the counter is very unorganized and while this would be the perfect place for students to work, there is not the supervision, structure or management to set them up to succeed. I will not go back there anymore nor recommend it. Little Sicily’s down the street is just as good (has way better wings) and you don’t have to put up with half of the bs.
Would be a pretty good and convenient place if they just had their shit together. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.

Pizza is good, prices are reasonable, convenient location right downtown. They don’t take our name when we call in a takeout, it can be like rolling dice to pick up unless you konw just what was ordered.

Good pizza, the crust is very thin and crispy. They have a kind of sandwich that they call «Wedgie»… instead of bread, they use a pizza crust and you can fill it up with anything, from ham, peperoni, onions, mushrooms, etc… The final product is a great mix.
I’m giving only three stars because I did not like the atmosphere, it is like they need to define what is the concept they want to have.
The service was fast and friendly.

By far the BEST pizza in Alfred! Excellent food, great service, a home town feel. They also decorated the inside with local sports teams jeseys, helmets, and memorabilia.
