Wow!!! I’ve read the reviews. I can’t believe their talking about the same place. I’ve been here several times. The staff has always been nice & accommodating. The owner is always there to great me. I always get a mani pedi. The no chip always last me a month and the pedi last the same. I work in a Dr’s office as a medical assistant so I wash my hands several times a day. I am always getting compliments from the patients as to how nice my nails look. I recommend this place all the time.

DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON!!! WORST, MOST DISGUSTING MANI-​PEDI I’VE EVER GOTTEN. The tools they use are so far from clean – sanitary is a forlorn concept to this business… Cheap polish and totally UNPROFESSIONAL service. Looking at my nails, I just want to throw up. While I was waiting — aka – «soaking» my feet, my nail artist was cleaning the pedi tub next to me with a toilet brush. I normally would say something when the manicurist/​pedicurist doesn’t do something up to spec — but in this case — DON’T BOTHER!!!
buyer beware!!! Oh BTW — if you have existing chip-​free polish — you can tack on an unexpected charge for their SHIT service to remove it.

How is this place still in business? So many bad reviews and bad word of mouth!!! Groupon or not why go any place with so many bad reviews and pictures do not lie!

I went to this place about two weeks ago because I received a Groupon gift for a no-​chip mani and pedi. I walk in on a Tuesday around noon. I am greeted and then they ask me if I have a Groupon. Then they ask if we made an appointment, I say no and they tell me to make one next time. There was no one in the salon at the time I walked in, not a single customer.
I sit down with my sister in the pedi chairs, as she is getting a pedi as well. My sister is paying the full price for a pedicure, she does not have a Groupon. They start doing our pedi at the same time and mine took no longer than 15 minutes. My sister’s took longer but she was not happy with the outcome. She noticed that they did not massage her feet nor did they clean off the dead skin from the bottom of the feet.
They walk me to get my no-​chip mani and the lady just rushes through it. She barely even filed my nails. Two week laters, the nail polish is discolored but they have not chipped which is a positive.
My sister did notice that the man who had done her nails used the same tools on the lady that came in after us. He did not wash the tools after he used them on my sister’s pedicure.
The fact that tools are not cleaned properly, the rudeness of whether we have a Groupon or not and the poor job that was done because I had a Groupon, made me score it with barely one star.
Creative Nails– please stop selling Groupons if you are not going to honor them with good, clean service.

I bought a Groupon for a pedicure and no chip manicure and decided to try a new place. They filled the bowl with lukewarm water and when asked if it was ok I replied it was cool but they did not adjust the temperature. The pedicure was not very good, the man hardly scrubbed or cleaned and he took forever to paint my toes.
I sat down for the manicure and that took a long time as well. Almost a week later and where he put the gel is discolored and the paint does not reach the cuticle and the tips are wearing out already. He also burned me twice with the buffer even after asking him to not be so hard.
A woman walked in after me and used the same bowl and I realized they did not clean it, which is disgusting.
I would never go back here, Groupon or not.

I almost always do my own mani/​pedi, but I visited this location because I had a Groupon bucks that I needed to spend and, even though it was about 15 miles from my home. There are no bells and whistles about this place, but the staff is SUPER friendly, which makes all the difference in the world. The nail tech did exactly as I requested. The shop owner (I think) really went out of her way to find the perfect shade of pink for me. They have many many colors, and do a great job matching the gel polish with the regular polish (for your pedicure) using a numbering system. I was also able to use their wireless service to use my lap top. The staff is so nice, I can’t stress that enough. My nails and toes look great — -I have had better, but the nice staff is why I would come back.

Groupon users beware, they will charge you $ 5 to remove your no chip polish! Not mentioned in the fine print! Just Groupon users… because you’re already getting a deal. :/​#shady

This place is horrible!!! They do NOT sanitize their tubs and tools. They do not do a good job on your nails. They’re always texting or talking on their phones WHILE they’re working on you. The nails chip a day later or there are lines and streaks all over your nails. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. I personally saw them hand a foot skin shaver «undercover» not sanitized from one worker to the next. I would have said something but luckily it wasn’t to me they were going to use the utensil on. Gross!!! I saw the guy rinse out the bowl I was going to be used in and didn’t clean it. I asked him if he cleaned it and he said yes so I told him I saw him and he cleaned it again followed by all the people working there talking about me in their language (looking my way). Disgusting. This place needs to close.

Did the no chip mani and regular pedi — Horrible service took 2 ½ hour for my mom and I to get both of those things done. No chip started chipping off day after I got it. I called and complained to get them fixed and they said it had been too long after a week. No chips should last at least 2 weeks! I’ve had them last 4. I wasn’t even doing anything intense just regular use… Very disappointed because now I may have to go get my nails done again and pay double for just getting it done right the first time.

I love coming here! They aren’t lightening fast, but they take their time and do a fantastic mani/​pedi that lasts at least 3 weeks even digging in my garden everyday!!!
I always have an appointment to ensure I get in right away. Since I’m a regular, the owner gave me a coupon to use each time. $ 40 for a mani/​pedi with one no-​chip and one regular! Cheapest in town!!!

Too bad you can’t choose negative stars… I would choose –5. This place is horrible (I understand why the three other people also had groupons, this is probably the only way they get customers)! The shop if filthy, the people are rude, they don’t sanitize their tools, and after the 9 mminute pedicure they filled the bowl for someone else and DID NOT CLEAN THE BOWL!!!
Do not wast your time no matter how cheap you get the goupon. I walked out, didn’t even let them finish, and went to Happy Nails on Randall.

Went here today with a groupon I purchased. My mom sister and I had a appointment for 9:00. Needless to say, no one started on me until 9:45!!! I would have left if it was not for the $ 39 I already spent for the groupon. When my lady walked in, she didn’t even acknowledge that I was sitting there, she just sat down and started working. Did not say ONE WORD to me the entire time during my pedicure.
When she was done, she pointed to the chairs for my no-​chip mani (at this point I already knew she was getting $ 0 tip). She finished my mani (once again, not one word) by 10:20. So that means she spent 35 min on m
