Lube Express

I went to Lube Express based on the great reviews… The reviews are correct. These guy are so nice, courteous and fast. I will be back. Good experience !

Beware, the cheapest oil change is $ 47. Tried to sell me the $ 60 oil change which I denied but $ 47 for an oil change isn’t much better. Customer service was great and it was done quickly but honestly just too much just a simple oil change.

Just left super happy. They were very nice and gave me lots of info and details on services performed and possible services needed. Super fast service. Prices very fair. They even vacuumed my nasty can floor! Waiting room nice. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a quick stripped oil plug changed out (we already bought our oil and filter to change, but couldn’t because of the stripped bolt for which I didn’t have the proper equipment to take it out). I called Firestone and they stated they wouldn’t do it. When I called Lube Express they told me they could do it and bring it in right after. We immediately drove over and right when I spoke to the representative at the front, we pulled it up and they got to it. The bolt/​plug was taken off in less than five minutes and our oil was changed in about fifteen minutes. It was quick, they told us the problem (stripped at the head only), and only charged us for a small change and the switchout of the plug. I didn’t want to be charged the whole fee for an oil change since we had our own. This place was amazing, quick, and the staff was super friendly. They accommodated us quickly for calling kind of late notice. Plus, they had an amazing coffee machine with many different types of coffee while you wait ;-). Excellent place! Good Prices!

I like the kind of place that is quick and thorough and doesn’t push the upsell too hard. I’ve stopped visiting other oil change places for just that reason, so I appreciate the approach that they have here.

There’s not much else to say, my first sentence says it all. I got exactly what I wanted and paid for, no big push from them for a add on sale, like Jiffy does.
