Staff are mean, they share your personal medical condition over the counter loudly with other patients are sitting in the waiting room. I over heard this very pretty woman had some kind of disease, it’s very embarrassing. Dr. Chen she’s very friendly tho, but she’s too busy, maybe because they have over booked patients so she doesn’t really have much time for you. 5 mins max for me the pass visits. If you blood test, if there are major problems they will call you, if not they won’t call you to go over the test with you. Just wish that they don’t call you two weeks after the test was done. By the way if during Chinese New Year, she’s close for a week, if you are sick by then, sorry! This is what happened to me now, I have no one to go to unless I paid $ 100 co-​pay for urgent care!

Had been sitting here for 1 and half hour because the office over book patients. I have to take time off from work to be here, so the longer I wait here, the less money I make.
I asked why they book so many patients, they said it’s because the traffic is bad so the doctors late, now that I’m reading everyone else’s review, I guess the doctors hits traffic every time.

I wish I could give Luning Chen NO star! She is Horrible, rude! Not professional! Horrible Horrible experience! I agreed with the other reviewer, if you have her in your insurance card, call immediately to change her! Luning Chen should close her office and retire! OMG, her Chinglish is horrible! She is very disrespectful… Very Impolite… Very offensive…

Do yourself favor, find somebody else. She is rude and not professional. Long waiting in her office. I wait two hours. The appointment is you can see her on that date, but cannot guaranty what time. If u come noon time, make sure bring your lunch.

wow!!! this is the worst doctor i have met… if you see lunning chen in your insurace card… call your insurance company and have them change the primary care physician! this doctor is rude, impolite, discourteous, offensive, disrespectful!!! coming to this office is a waste of time… if she doesn’t want to see patients, then and deal with patient diseases then close the office!!! i think she is due for retirement!!!

Even tho I went to this doctor since year 2004… But I was very disappointed at year 2012 month of May I was not sure if I am pregnant or not so I went to her and she sent me to lab to get blood test… A week later I was trying to get lab result from her office ladies but never got it from them… They said once they got the result they will contact me but I tried several time and tire or follow up with them. So I gave up and went to obgyn doctor directly since I was having bad cramp during night time. Funny things is I went to obgyn doctor and they test my blood and called me in 3 days and said I am pregnant! I never receive calls from dr chens office telling me my mystery result… Be aware!!! All I can say office lady is not so careful of what they are doing!!!

Dr. Chen is a very rude person. She yelled to me and she also has no patience to answer my questions. She wouldn’t even let me talk to the clerk, Dr Chen got in the middle of the conversation and interrupted us. When I decided to finally go after all the screams she told me to never come back! If I had a choice I would give her NO stars!

Doctor Luning Chen is very unprofessional! She is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Very bad customer service. Save your money, time and stress! Go somewhere else where they will value your business! If I had a choice I would give her NO stars! She moved to 737 S. GARFIELD AVE. #A, ALHAMBRA, CA 91 801.
