Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. I like this store. They carry cool Japanese denim that is hard to size over the Internet. Shin, the guy at the store, was helpful and engaging. Stopped by this tore like 9 years ago(?), and it’s nice to see the updates. The place is not big, but the quality of the clothes is high. An unusual store for its location(Main St. Alhambra), this is the kind of higher end menswear store you’d expect to find on Melrose or in a DTLA boutique(I mean this as a compliment in this case). The store carries classic American-made rugged outdoor/sports/workwear brands: Filson, Left Field, Pendleton, Levi’s, Ebbets Field, etc. That includes pants, jackets, t-shirts and sweatshirts plus accessories. They also have a small but strong collection of footwear. I saw work boots by the likes of Wolverine, Oak Street, Red Wing), loafers(either by Rancourt or Quoddy, I can’t remember), a small selection of Allen Edmonds dress shoes, plus New Balance sneakers. I doubt anyone else within 20 minutes of this location carries the same kind of brand and selection. For people unfamiliar with those makers, just be aware that the level of quality they’re associated with means the costs are going to be substantially higher. Work boots will be $ 300+, something like a Filson duffle will run $ 275, the Ebbets Field sweatshirts are $ 80(note: most of these prices, from what I know, are what you’d pay direct from the maker so there’s no markup). As someone who likes these brands, it’s nice to know someone close by carries them, thus saving me a trip to mid-city or the westside! Side note: the store’s website could be more up-to-date; they seem to have lagged behind in getting all the store stock listed there.

Interesting shop and looks like it would gain more traction if it was located elsewhere. Mostly focuses on Americana(there’s a big American flag in the front to hide any confusion) but with a Japanese twist. There are Red Wings, Wolverines and even Danner boots and it’s one of the rare places to find Pendleton ever since the store in San Marino closed down. Employees are really chill and know their shit, the only qualm I have about the store is the fact that they don’t carry too many sizes and it’s a bit pricey. I’ll come back when I pay off my loans!

Wow super cool unassuming store full of awesome Americana gear and really awesome clothes and shoes(think special edition Made in USA New Balances, boots, and rare edition Stussy shirts). Totally gonna go back and buy a Filson bag. They also have Japanese streetwear magazines and the like. Serious fashion.

Great store, great service. I called and asked if they carried a particular boot and they did, he(owner?) helped to make the sale happen, even though they were closed for remodeling. I’ll be going back.

Unassuming store in the middle of main street(near coldstone’s and starbucks) but very friendly owners and good selection of hip clothes and shoes. I would come back.
