I like their iced coffee, it is the good Vietnamese iced coffee. Their service is fast.

Yumm! My favorite thing are pâté cho and we get a whole box full. The banh mi can be pretty sparse with the meat, and service is always great.

They forgot avocado, the add on to my sandwich, TWICE!!! I expected avocado till the very last bite but it came out none. How do I confront them with a half eaten sandwich? it sucks! I mean, why couldn’t they have a quality assurance person! It’s very disappointing!

Ordered a regular iced coffee, got a cup of ice. $ 3.29 for ice. not what I remembered it to be. I asked the«manager» on site and he just laughed and said that was regular. The flippant reply said all I needed to know about this place, but hey, if you are looking for extremely overpriced ice and apathetic managers then this place is for you!

I really enjoy their Vietnamese Iced coffee. It’s the perfect amount of ice, strong coffee flavours and condensed milk. Their sandwiches are also really good and super cheap. For around $ 3~4 you can get a foot long banh mi with the filling of your choice. They also put lots of jalapeño in there so be prepared! I would most definitely come back for more coffee and banh mi goodness!

We had to try this place since we were in the area. This place probably has the best ice coffees around. It was creamy, had a strong coffee taste, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The cup was mostly filled with ice though. I strongly recommended trying their coffee at least once. The place also sells sandwiches, which were pretty cheap but I didn’t get a chance to try them.

This is probably the worst Lee’s Sandwiches that I’ve ever been too. I love Lee’s, but this one is horrible. Nothing taste right and they are cheap as hell. They skimp out on sandwich fillings and their drinks. I definitely will not be coming back. Take your business somewhere else. You’ll regret spending your money here.

Came in here on a day when I was absolutely starving and the banh mi sandwich with bbq park was just what I needed. Super cheap, quick, huge, and yummy. What else could you ask for? I haven’t personally tried the coffee, but heard lots of good things. Hey sometimes you just want something cheap and don’t care too much for quality or service. Lee’s is the perfect place for that. Note: cash only!(but there’s an ATM)

I don’t really like to write bad reviews but I felt the need for this location. I’ve been to other Lee’s that are great, but I’ve already had 2 bad experiences here, & it’s dissapointing. I just moved down the street & if this place were even just ok, it would be a fave. I don’t like to complain about people because I don’t want it to cost them their jobs. But BOTH times I had a young cashier who really didn’t understand english & got my order wrong both times. The first time, he couldn’t understand my sandwhich order. Also, I asked for 2 drinks, both w. out boba, & I got one with boba. Today, I asked for a large thai iced tea & I got a small with the cup choc-full of ICE. And, when I was placing the order he even asked me if I wanted a small or a large, & I confirmed large. Anywhere I got this infuriates me. Ice should not take up 90% of the drink. Also, they only accept cash & their ATM was not working.(I took a picture that I want to post on here as well-not cool at all). The bottom line is I would be a frequent visitor if things went ok, but now I don’t want to go back because of 2 consecutive bad experiences. If they could work one on one with the cashier to help him understand things, and also be consistent with their service, that would be great.

I want to eat here so badly, but there isn’t one near my home. They sell cheap sandwiches which is a plus for me! My usual order is grilled chicken bahmi or salami and cheese baguette.

COFFEEONLY. I’ve only had their Vietnamese iced coffee here and love it. It’s pretty hard to go wrong with the coffee although, sometimes there’s way too much ice. I haven’t had any sandwiches so as far as I know, service is really quick. Cash only! No seating inside, but there are two tables outside if you want to sit and chill. On the weekends you will probably find people chilling there as they wait for their tables to be ready at neighboring restaurants.

Their banh mi is ok(can be good sometimes), but Iced Coffee deserve 5 stars! $ 2.89 for regular & $ 3.89 for large. Oh, their almond croissant $ 1.79& large chicken or pork pâté chaud $ 1.29 are delicious(when it’s fresh & warm). My 3 favorite items there!

I absolutely love the coffee at Lees. Large size is $ 3.50 and regular is $ 2.50. Price are comparable to Starbucks coffee. However the taste is much different. Lees coffee taste more rich and buttery. I think it’s the condensed milk they used instead of sugar. I really love the rich taste. The caffeine I feel is much more stronger than other coffee. I also recommend getting the large size because it’s a bigger bang for your buck. They do fill the cup with more ice than most places. But it’s more concentrated, so I can justified letting the ice melt a little. Lees also offer the concentrated bottles that you can conveniently make more cups at the comfort of your home. The binh mi here is also very good with at least 10 different sandwiches. It’s a good size sandwich and eating half is a good portion for me. I save the other half for later. I do wanna note that the bread is a bit harder than most places which doesn’t make sense since they make fresh baguette daily!!! Parking is plenty but there are always a long line during rush hour. But don’t worry the wait is much shorter than going into Starbucks. The only downside is that you gotta bring cash.

Not the nicest Lee’s location but the same cheap and filling menu. Service was fine, this location is cash only which is a bit annoying but given that the prices are so cheap, I understand them wanting to avoid credit card fees. I had an iced coffee and it was fine, not great. The baguettes are the best deal here, soft and crispy when they are fresh.

Do not delay, stop by for your Deli Manjoo ASAP! They make it every morning and have boxes in the fridge ready for takeout. They will also make them on demand should you want to eat them hot right away. I also saw them making a big effort for a couple behind me that didn’t know what kind of coffee they wanted to order. The staff allowed them to taste a few before making a decision! Great service. Also of note, cash only.
