5 for Eric at the register today! As we walked in, my 11yr old walked in first and I could here him greet her just as he would an adult… nice! Eric was professional, freindly, and so patient with my daughter. She really wanted a specific girl’s toy and he was nice enough to check. Then since it wasn’t avail yet, he brought out the 2 that were currently avail for her to choose from. There was no one else in line so I was really appreciative of his willingness to check.
Sad to see that my local Mickey Ds only has ²¹⁄₂ stars… however employees like this will definitely help your Unilocal ratings.

I have been coming to McDonalds more often than before ever since I downloaded their apps and started using those coupons on there. They have a lot of coupons including saving $ 1 on all day breakfast, buy one get one mcgriddles or free Big Mac. Since this is the closest McDonalds from my place, I always come here.
I got pretty decent service every time when I am here so no complain there. Not too recently, they started changing the system that if you decide to eat in, they will now deliver the food to you instead of making you wait for your number which is pretty nice.
And with all day breakfast serving now, it is a great feeling to have pancakes at 10pm. Awesome desserts!

I’m giving this place a 1 star, as well as contacting McDonald’s about the service here.
I grabbed lunch here the other day and dealt with the worst service at the counter. This service was not only horrible but it was definitely unacceptable, which is why I will be contacting the restaurant.
The young man working at the register was relatively rude to me (i.e. laughing and waving at me as if I couldn’t see him while I was looking at the menu) but he treated the lady after me horribly. This lady was definitely not a native english speaker, but as she tried to order, he could barely contain his laughter at her accent, and actually asked her to repeat several things just so he could laugh at her. He clearly didn’t need to clarify what she was ordering because I could see him typing the order into the screen, but it seemed like he just wanted her to repeat things so he could laugh at her about her accent.
Horrible service. I know McDonald’s has been trying to step up their game by offering table service and renovating a lot of their stores, but before any of that, maybe they should check on who they are hiring.

The food here is very bad. I have become sick more than once from eating here with the filet o fish, and a southwest salad tonight, gross. I was so hungry and my child wanted to eat here. I showed my child the videos on youtube of disgusting things found in mcdonalds food. But, even the youtube videos are being nice. we know there has been even more disgusting things found in fast food food. the food here is so bad for you. i wish everyone would stop buying the food so they would close down or improve their menu, etc. i know it is a pipe dream. people do not care about their health. then they wonder why they feel terrible. my child is disgusted now and may not want to eat here again either.

Lady in the overnight drive through took my order right but the food was not inside and she got crazy on me! I saw this same thing happen to the person in front. Relax lady! Read the order and match the items!

Come here on a daily and service is always exceptional. The employee that took my order, I believe his name was Johnny, was funny and amazing at what he does. Ordered a McChicken and a sweet tea and was not disappointed. Recommended to all my friends and family. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Service at your table. Order, receive a receipt stand with your number facing out. Does that mean tip is required at the table now at McDonald’s.hmmm

Fast and friendly. I came in before work one morning to get breakfast. It was really busy, but I got my food super fast. I expected to wait a long time since I always wait a long time at McD’s but it was a pleasant surprise that I didn’t have to wait. Their food was okay. Tasted like any other McDs. Their service was good too. The guy in front was one of the best servers I’ve ever gotten at a McD’s. Generally, I go in expecting to be greeted by someone who doesn’t want to be there, but this guy was really happy and friendly it made my day not so bad.

This McDonald’s is my go to McDonald’s BUT today they messed up. I picked up breakfast around noon and they got my order wrong! Grrrrrrr! Nothing ruins a day like having to go back but then the manager refuses to give me my money back. I had to choose between a new sándwich or my money back. Hello! They messed up and I had to go back! And they want $ 15 hour to mess up our orders! Not!

Whoever the evil Latina manager in the night who doesn’t give a crap about what you ordered is the worst! She just throws your food at you and doesn’t ask if you want anything else! I wanted sauce! Duh! Please tell this heartless woman something! She is so evil! There is more love and heart to handing out burgers! Someone help this devil woman. This is not a joke!

Check your buns befor you consume your food. My son just got his burger and the bun looked a little moldy

This morning I ordered an Oreo shake and a egg McMuffin…20 minutes later, extreme abdominal bloating… then explosive diarrhea!
If you want a tasty laxative, then eat anything on their menu… otherwise, eat food that doesn’t have a high bacterial count.

HALLOWEEN night and my boyfriends friends couldn’t be anymore annoying in the backseat. Changing orders and speaking over everyone that tried to order. It was super late and their computers were down. We ordered a lot so it took a bit of time. Edgar and Julian were really nice and accommodated us very nicely. Thank you for your patience! You guys are the best! They even compensated us for such a long wait. Great customer service guys!!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life.

2 No egg in my sausage egg mcmuffin
3 Took forever to get my fries and sausage egg mcmuffin (25 minutes)
Maybe they got tired of waiting for the chicken to lay the egg hence no egg in my sausage mcmuffin. I suggest you go to another McDonalds chain couple blocks down to road.

The two lane drive thru was very efficient. I did not have to wait very long to order or receive my food. As soon as I pulled up to the window, they had my food ready to go. The customer service was friendly.
However, I ordered a Sausage McGriddle and they verbally confirmed with me. But it did not appear on the receipt or in my bag. I also asked for salsa for my burrito and they confirmed that it was already in the bag. By the time I realized their mistakes, I was already home and did not want to make the trip back.
This gives a bad representation of McDonalds. It does not compare with the other McDonalds.

Went they this morning and got a egg mcmuffin… The egg had a hair cooked in it! Nasty! Thank goodness I saw it before I ate any of the sandwich!

A guilty pleasure. Staff has been pretty nice and efficient. Still haven’t been inside as we always use the drive-​thru. Parking lot is big but be careful when exiting the drive thru as you may have a car turning IN. Try it and you’ll see what I mean.

It’s 2:00 am and in craving breakfast. I decide to come here and receive the worst customer service ever. The surprising part? It was from the manager, Angela.
I wanted to order the «turkey & egg breakfast bowl.» She said, «no you can’t have that. Hold on.» I wasn’t quite sure why, but soon realized that it wasn’t on the midnight — 4 am menu.
I waited for quite awhile and she never came back so I started to say hello. She came back and I ordered and sausage egg mcmuffin with egg whites.
Coming up to pay, I can already feel attitude apart from when she was speaking to me when I placed my order. Losing my appetite I wanted to cancel, but decided I was hungry and needed to eat. I took the meal.
Coming home, it is not what I ordered. It was an egg delight. I was hungry and didn’t want to go back so decided to give it a try. In my second bite, I realized there was cheese, which is one thing I can’t have in the middle of the night. I decided to go back.
Upon returning, I already knew it wasn’t going to turn out well. I got my refund, but with serious attitude and no apology. Instead she tried to explain that it was what I ordered. I’ve been in the customer service business for quite some time and you never question the customer (unless completely necessary). She gave me my refund and shut the door on me. I didn’t leave until I gave her a piece of my mind explaining how rude and disrespectful she was for a manager. I asked her if she wanted to apologize and she refused.
Throughout this situation she’s sprouting words in Spanish. I find that very rude since I’m Asian and for all I know, which I’m also highly sure, she was talking crap.
This is something intolerable especially coming from a manager. This location has forever lost me as a customer. I can understand why this place has such bad reviews. Maybe everyone should just stop coming here so McDonalds can realize how bad this location is.
I understand I’m a ridiculous customer, but gives her no right to do what she did.

Parking is the worst thing about this spot. If you’re going east towards this location, you have two choices: 1) left turn into unforgiving opposite traffic while cars behind you slam on their brakes to stop behind you since there’s no dedicated left turn lane OR 2) left at the stop right and right into the (narrow) alley with blind spots from your left and sometimes aggressive drivers from the right.
Nothing stands out in terms of décor or service compared to other McDonald’s. It’s got wifi but last time I was here they covered the outlets =\
Doesn’t look like a lot of space for kids to play in the play area for the parents out there but I’m sure kids don’t care — balls are balls.

I only come here Sat. mornings, normally between 5:30 — 6:30 & the staff is always delightful… Bravo.
Only negative I notice is the same white 4-​door Toyota owned by one of the maintenance workers always parked in the front, Pernicky always has employees park towards the rear or outside the lot.
I just thought this is worth making mention since it puts customers in 2^nd place by doing this.
1÷24÷2015 came in for two large coffees and I was turned away because the manager who was helping me said that she only had two $ 10 bills. Also seen that same maint. worker’s car in the front row again. Lowered my rating by one star, BTW your maint. worker was just texting away on his phone when I rolled up… You guys really need to look into getting a better replacement.
