UCLA Hematology/Oncology Alhambra

I wanted to give this clinic a no star! A ZERO STAR! Awful management and staffs. Staffs and the Manager (Mr. Arias) have no knowledge to billing or insurance. What they called a financial lady who just sits there and do nothing. The manager Mr. A can’t even really define PPO or HMO. All they love to say is to wait for calls from the billing office or they can call u back once they have an answer. There’s so many staffs in the office but everyone just sits there and chat. Staffs are very lazy and wouldn’t want to help. I rather travel back to UCLA for my care. Dr. Hu is ok and he knows what he is doing. I ended up calling Health care partners (my ins) to change the provider. I am ok with the dr. but not the office and staffs at all. From siging-​in to blood drawn and making follow-​up appointment. It was just terrible. The office is not clean and staffs were not friendly. Don’t go there even you have no choice. Traveling back to UCLA at least is your better bet.
