Dentists are like mechanics. You can go to 5 different ones, and get 5 different lists of problems, and how much they cost can also vastly differ. Dr. Ned is a great «mechanic» Honest, upfront, friendly and patient. Quiet clean office in Aliso Viejo. We drive from San Clemente several times a year because the staff is so amazing. We have a favorite hygienist, JENNIFER. She is beautiful, sweet, kind, thorough, and has inspired my kids to have better brushing habits. Good luck getting an appointment with her, she is booked out solid, and well worth the wait. Rosie at the front treats everyone like family. Every interaction we have had at this office (trust me, it’s been a lot, we have 6 kids) has been pain free, effortless and enjoyable. Trust me, you will not go anywhere else. I would also like to mention that they have referred us to to 2 specialists, who are as wonderful as they are. Great people keep better company. Thank you Aliso Woods Dental!!!

After going to several dentists in my life that did bad work (I had to have the fillings redone by other dentists and was told the first job was a bad job), I told my oral surgeon when getting my wisdom teeth pulled that I couldn’t ever find a good dentist. He referred me to Dr Ned at Aliso Woods Dental and said Dr. Ned did very good work.
When I called Aliso Woods Dental and made an appointment and had my teeth cleaned, they were very polite and friendly, always smiled and put my comfort first, and they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they cleaned and examined my teeth — and they did a great job. Later, I had to have a filling and they did a great job and were very nice and friendly. When they were almost finished, Dr. Ned asked me how my bite felt and I said «it’s good enough.» Dr Ned smiled and nicely said «I don’t want good enough, I want to do it right.» He took his time and made sure he did a great job. ⁵⁄₅ stars. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Also, I noticed on the walls that Dr. Ned is former Navy, and I can tell because he is very professional and takes his job seriously and does things right instead of just «that’s good enough.» But he’s not just all serious, all work, because he smiles and is a nice guy too. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and professional also.

Dr. Ned Nakatsuka is the best dentist around. His professionalism, integrity, and care for his patients set him apart from all others. This is a dentist you can trust to take care of your whole family’s dental needs.
