As the owner of a Real Estate sales company I realized that many of our clients are in need of a professional property management company. Since that is not our expertise we searched long and hard for a company that we can confidently refer our most valued clients too. It has been almost 10 years since we have referring clients to OC property management and we have had a great working relationship. The business of property management is one not to take lightly and the skill, knowledge and performance that they constantly delivery is second to none! I recommend them to many landlords who want to be in the most competent hands!

Mikey was a terrible landlord from day 1. Even our rental agent commented on her unprofessionalism and the poor physical condition in which she kept the unit. She was so difficult to work with we dreaded ever hearing from her. Having experience with a property management company who handles our own income property, we were appalled at her demeanor and business practices. I would never trust her with my property and I would never want my tenants to deal with her either. As a property owner, protect yourself from ending up in small claims court with your tenants and avoid ever using OC Property Management.

This is a no BS review from a recent client. I highly recommend Steve and Mikey if you need to sell your property or if you’re just looking for management of a rental. I used them for both and am very happy I did.
I was in a relocation situation a couple of years ago and did not want to sell my place until the values crept back up a bit, so I needed to rent the place out for a couple of years.
I needed someone to handle the management of the place as I was unable to, so I called Mikey. I had talked to her during one of her rounds of the area where she was dropping off brochures and found her to be quite knowledgeable about the neighborhood. Long story short, I decided to rent the place for a couple of years with them managing.
They have a great network of people to draw upon when something needs fixing, so your expenses are kept to a minimum. Steven is also an attorney, so he’s on top of all the legal matters concerning renting, etc.
After a couple of years I decided to sell. Mikey was spot on in her assessment of the time frame the property would sell in, at the price I decided to sell at. The sale went very, very smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier.
Mikey and Steve pay attention to the little details in everything, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent on Orange County.
