Allen Vacuum

Do not answer their phone. Have called these people multiple times. The one time I actually got someone on the phone they had a condescending attitude. You don’t like women? You don’t want to help women? Or are you just a know it all BEEP? I buy my vacuum cleaner supplies in Plano. It is not close, but worth the drive to be treated with the respect any paying customer deserves.

Wow, wish I would have read reviews first. Left my $ 600 vacuum to be serviced and pull up to get it and find out that he has been evicted because of non payment of rent. I can’t believe I was scammed by this fool. Criminal.

Once loved this place. Recently went in to have a Dyson serviced and the lobby was full of vacuum cleaners. Could not even walk into the store! They told me it would take 4 weeks to service the unit… Strange place!!! Skip it…

I would rate them higher than 5 stars if possible… GREAT service every time I have brought my Dyson’s in for problems — they are fixed quickly & correctly. Not sure the gentleman’s name who owns this business, but he is wonderful to do business with. THANK YOU ALLEN VACUUM!!!

I recently bought a Miele vacuum from this store. The owner of the shop was very helpful, and unlike 99.9% of salesmen he actually steered me toward a cheaper vacuum. The Miele is a brand that has some very expensive models. He let me know that the cheaper Miele Twist is not much different than the more expensive Miele models he sells. He told me for four hundred more dollars I am not getting that much more than I would get with a basic Miele Twist. His honesty was refreshing. Before I bought the Miele he had me take a Miele home first to use it on my carpets to make sure I liked it. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to help me find the right vacuum. I have three cats, and two small children and I vacuum everyday. It was very nice to have someone really help me get the best vacuum for my family without spending more money than we needed to. I also looked up the price of the vacuum at different places, and he sold cheaper than any other store. I have no idea why you would shop anywhere else.

Allen Vacuum deserves 10+ stars! I went to another vacuum repair business and was told it would take «at least 4 days to look at your vacuum». And then it would probably be a couple days to fix, depending if he had the part or not. One week without a vacuum… No way! I asked for a loaner and was told, «We don’t do loaners». I called Allen Vacuum and long story short, I had my vacuum back in 2 days… good as new! Thank you for your incredible service. I love supporting small businesses and it’s even better when you are dealing with the owner and employees who enjoy where they work. As for that other vacuum repair business in McKinney, you have one less customer, hope that frees up your schedule a little bit. ;-)

Customer service is amazing– they are very knowledgable, super friendly, and able to fix any problem. I have a canister vacuum and an upright– both of which he has fixed, at a small cost. If its an easy fix, he’s even not charged me at all a couple of times. Great service and great company. I will go here every time I need a vacuum fixed or to purchase a new one.
