I made an appointment over the phone, and showed up at my scheduled date and time. No one was there!
After waiting several minutes, the employees of the front office they rent space from returned from lunch. After making some calls, they determined that one esthetician thought the other was taking me, so there was a mix up.
I do understand that things happen, but I had to take off work for this appointment, and for no reason. As a business owner myself, had I done this to one of my clients, I would be fired.

I bought a
facial off of the website with a friend, and we decided to check it out. I was amazed at the knowledge Ida had at skin care and offered advice on a few things. I got the multi-vitamin facial and fell asleep twice during the whole process! I’ve never felt more relaxed, and my face feels new and refreshed. You’d be amazed at the care you need to give your skin, and Ida will give you recommendations! It’s not a spa like atmosphere, it’s at a doctor’s office, that’s the only downside.

Ida is an amazing professional… very knowledgeable and skilled. Upon first meeting her one can see she is passionate about her craft and truly cares about her patients. She asked all of the right questions and made the appropriate adjustments to the facial so I would have the best experience possible. If you are considering a facial I would definitely recommend Ida. If you chose to go another route I would highly recommend you do your research and do not just go to your salon or the place where you get your mani/pedis. For the best results you need to work with a trained, caring professional.
