Only thing good about this place is price and cleanliness. My manicure took maybe 10 minutes overall and is very very messy. My nails are jagged and uneven and my cuticles are not cut at all. Excess nail polish all around my nails. I definitely won’t be coming back here ever. This was awful.

I came here with the boyfriend’s mom to get a pedicure while she was getting a French mani done. Overall a clean and super popular establishment, even on a rainy day! I was happy with my pedi and with my nail tech. She thankfully listened to me when I asked her to just file down my nails. I have a trusted nail tech that I go to for my pedis usually because of my ingrown toenail(ew, too much info I know, but some of you guys and gals know what I mean). However, I thought the pedi was a bit on the pricier side, $ 25. It was your typical spa pedi with a massage chair which I didn’t use because we had just gotten massages right before coming in. The only unique thing about the pedi was that my nail tech gave me a hot stone massage on my legs. My bf’s mom was pleased with her French mani, which cost $ 24 I think. Good friendly service… it’s not like my regular place back home, but when I’m in the area I’d probably return since it’s so close to the parents’ house.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to! I didn’t go to my normal location which is Virginia Nails on Virginia Parkway in McKinney & just stopped in here because I was in the area to get a mani/pedi. I requested their Deluxe which is the normal clean, callus remove, paraffin, sea salt sfrum, madk, massage with hot stones & polish for both my pedi and mani and. Lets start with my pedicure. This is advertised as a 55−60min treatment. This lady had it all done and complete within 40 minutes. What the heck! She was extremely rough and hurt me several times while doing the pedicure. I have a high tolerance for pain so that oughta tell you something. A 5yr old child could have done a better massage as well. Now the manicure again I ordered the deluxe. A different lafy did this & dje also was in an extreme hurry. She was supposed to do the same treatment as above since they wete the same type(Deluxe) Like I said she rushed through the normal clean-up did not bother to ask me if i wanted my nails cut ot what shape I wanted my nails which should have been obvious as they are round. Before I knew it she had cut & started squaring off my nails on 1 hand. Yes they’re just nails and they grow but that pisses me off that you don’t bother to ask or notice. On top of it she did not do the paraffin treatment or the massage. She only did a salt scrub and the mask and hot towels and proceeded to tell her manager she was done and ask the manager to paint my nails. When I stopped them and said wait a minute, I ordered the deluxe what about my massage etc? The manager said oh she already gave it to you. The lady who did my nails stood there lying and yelled and argued saying she did give me the massage. In the end the manager said okay I’ll finish the job because I was getting up to leave and I wasn’t paying anything. I agreed to let the manager herself finish the job. OMG… she then started rushing through it & did a half-ass job of a massage spelt paraffin wax all over me and then proceeded to laugh as if it was actually funny. BTY… a crappy job on the nail Polish as well. I will say since her tech cut my nails down very short(they were above my finger tips before she cut them) the manager didn’t have much to work with. As I waited for my stubs(not nails) to dry, the manager & the tech who did my feer got into a yelling fight slinging tjeor arms around pointing fingers in each others face. Mot sure what yhat was about since it was in a different lanuage. I had to raise my voice 2x yelling for them to come chevk me out. I really thought about just walking out but, im not a theif. Of course I’m not going to leave a tip for anyone but there’s a sign that clearly states at the front all services 10% off everyday. They refused to honor the 10% off as they had advertised and charge me full price despite the poor customer service. Also I do not feel their tools are very clean they do not have the blue seal on the bags like they should if they were actually sterilized. Crossing my fingers I won’t need a tetanus shot after this visit. Definitely will never recommend this place or go back! If I can’t make it to my normal place I’ll just wait. Again the best place I found in the area to go is Virginia Nails on Virginia Parkway in McKinney. Take a look at my pic posts on that nail salon & my reviews and you’ll see what I’m talking about The pics I’m posting on this place right now show the crappy job they did. You can see the nail polish is done really bad and you can also see on one of my fingers or the Nail Tech guess my actual now. No that is not nail polish ripped off that’s actually now that is got out and I have an indention in my real nail

In June, the usual place I go to, Aloha Nail Spa, was closed due to a family death. So, I really wanted a pedicure done that day as my husband & I were going out that evening to celebrate our anniversary. So, my friend had told me she liked Classy Nails. I went right in, got seated, they seemed very nice. However, I ended up getting the worst pedicure I’ve ever had!!! The nail tech was very rough and, it felt like she was gouging my cuticle to death. But, I am not the type of customer to complain much. I’m very easy going. I got a french pedicure and, when I got home and got to looking at my big toe, it look discolored underneath the nail. It progressively got worse and worse. As time went on, it got thicker & crustier. Now, over a month later, I have had to have may nail removed to allow a new nail to grow back!!! Apparently, she was so rough with my nail, she separated it from the toe practically removing the nail from my toe! I recommend going to Aloha Day Spa right across Alma next to Bluebonnet Cleaners.

Just had a manicure and pedicure. possibly the worst manicure in my entire life. if i were this bad at my livelihood, i would be living on the street(and not in the good way). cuticles are still ragged, nails are mis-shaped and have hang-nails; and buffing was barely… pedicure was what i would call average in the typical nail salon in dfw metro.

I was conflicted on whether or not to give them another star, but only because they do a pretty good French pedi. Their customer service, however, could use some work. Those ladies are so mean! They do not school their emotions at all. They get really frustrated if things get too busy and will rush through your service. If they don’t think you’ve tipped enough or spent enough, their expression will tell you. I once waited 40 minutes for an eyebrow wax and nobody even greeted me or asked what I needed. I walked out. One lady laughed at me when I told her I didn’t want to wax my eyebrow, only lip. I keep going back because I feel like their pedis last longer than ones I’ve had at other salons, but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s worth the abuse. My advise is to go at 2pm on a Monday, when they’re empty. They actually work for their tip then.

I’d give less stars if it was allowed. My friend and I walked in and there was no wait… or so we thought there were a few girls that had two techs on one person ad we sat with our feet I’m freezing water and NO service for over 20 minutes. The basic pedicure is pricey and not great. They rushed through our services and they were honestly rude. The polish job was terrible. It was lumpy and uneven. They charged an additional $ 5 for a French tip pedicure(even though on the menu they give you when in the chair it does not say that). While we were sitting waiting for our nails to dry we witnessed someone come in and told there was a 5 minute wait for a fill, when she expressed she didn’t have much time to wait she was taken immediately over someone who had been sitting waiting for a good 15 minutes. For a pedicure and manicure it was $ 45.00 Way too expensive fort the cheap work and poor service. When my friend questioned the cost(because it seemed very high) we were met with a rude and condescending attitude from the lady helping us. She continued to argue with us even after we said, ok, we just want to pay so we can leave. It was an awful experience. We won’t be back.

Not very classy! Was here once before and it was fine. This time I walked in, signed in and stood there while I was ignored for a couple of minutes. 3 techs were available. Another customer came in and was greeted by several techs and she was helped immediately. I will never, ever go back!

My daughter went in a few days ago to get her nex gen nails redone.(She had gotten them somewhere else the first time) When we went in and asked for a fill they said they would have to take them completely off and start again, which would take and extra 15 minutes or so. Okay, not that bad. Then when she started putting new nails on, my daughter asked for tips, but the nail tech was fighting her on it, and didn’t think she should. Finally she got the tips only to find that they charge extra for tips-after they were already put on. Furthermore, the tips ended where the nail did so it just looked thick and sloppy. She did the nails, and the regular process takes 35 minutes. Somehow this one took 2 hours. By then it was 8:00 and I asked for a 5 $ discount because of the long wait. This resulted in snickering from the 2 nail techs that were there,(we came at 6, they closed at 7, it was 8.) and you could tell by the tone of their voices and the look of shock on the owners face, it wasn’t pretty. After paying and walking out, we realized that the nails were uneven and the top coat wasn’t dry when the tech asked her to wash her hands, so multiple rough spots were sticking out, in other words, it was a mess. With this we went back in and asked to have them fixed. The owner listen patiently while we explained our problems with the service, and then started interupting saying«I know, the customers always right.» And«We just don’t want to lose your business.» Personally I thought she should have seen what was wrong with this situation, but she told us to come back in and have them redone for free. When we came back, the process took only 45 minutes and we had a better nail tech, though not without a lot of dirty looks. After washing her hands, my daughter still had to go and ask for her to put another top coat on a rough nail. They look okay, but definitely not as good as the other places we’ve been to.

I give this 3 stars because the girl that did my feet was amazing! My feet feel great but I couldn’t give them 5 stars because I also got my nails done & that girl not only took 2 hours for a fill but it’s also uneven and all over my fingers. When I asked her to make them thinner she just shaved under the front of my nail. Not sure how they have 5 stars on Unilocal.Next time I will not trust the stars on Unilocal & just go everywhere til I find«the» place with talent.

I love this place. They are very clean and courteous. I have been a customer for about 6 years. I have tried other places here in Allen, but in my opinion classy nails will always be my favorite. Just give it a try.
