Terrible service !! I called in a reservation for a party of eight and was told the wait time is about an hour. I got into the waiting list and came in at the time they told me I would have a table. Upon check in I was told that the wait time is another fifteen minutes. I took the buzzer and waited by the counter. We saw a lot of groups being shown in and about 30 minutes later I was told that my number was next. We saw another big group of about ten being seated a half hour later and I was positive that they came in after me. I checked again with the desk and I was told that they ‘didn’t see me anywhere and decided to give the table to the next group’. I told them that I had been standing next to the check in table for the past hour and they told me ‘sorry but we’ll surely seat your party tonight ‘. The manager on duty was worst I’ve ever dealt with. I used to frequent Pf changs at one time but never experienced anything like this. I returned the buzzer and walked out and went to mr wok — the best Chinese food in Plano! Save your money and time and go somewhere else

I’ll start by saying that for my gluten-free 12-year old son, this P.F.C. is one of his favorite places. He really likes the egg-drop soup and GF beef & broccoli. Reason for 3 stars is the inconsistency here. We understand this location is a test site for the chain, so they tinker. That said, on more than one occasion we’ve had to send the beef & broccoli back because it was too salty for human consumption. Another occasion burnt. Now, each time the staff was as gracious as could be so I have no issues there. We have had much better luck at lunch than dinner, not sure if maybe there’s a cook who needs training but whatever it is, IFITDOESN’T TASTEGOOD, IT’S NOTPREPAREDRIGHT — SENDITBACK!

I haven’t dined at P.F. Chang’s in four years. It was so delicious the first time, I decided to try it again. Sadly the Allen, Tx location doesn’t hold a candle to P.F. Chang’s in Long Beach, Ca. My gf and I tried the Chang for two which included two soups, an appetizer, two entrees and one dessert. –Sweet & Sour and Egg Drop soup –Dynamite shrimp –Kung Pu Chicken –Mongolian Beef with brown rice We passed on the desert. The food was decent nothing to brag about, however the service was SUPERB!!! Our waitress was Ashley.

Did not have a great experience at P.F. Chang’s and I usually do. We were seated in a booth quickly upon arrival for an early Wednesday night dinner. Our server, Ray, was alright, although there was an underlying vibe we got that he’d rather not be serving people. I remember getting the same vibe from him last time we were here, so maybe it’s just his way. The diet coke fountain mixture was off, and it tasted like saccharine. When I asked for another drink from a different fountain, it was much better. I also asked for a large bowl of the potsticker sauce mixed with chili sauce and hot mustard. We started with the crab wontons(my favorite) and chicken satay(trying something new). They restaurant was not busy but it seemed like it took a while for them to come out. When they did, I had to ask again for the potsticker sauce mixture. The crab wontons were fine, but seemed a little on the bland side. The chicken satay was cooked well. My bf did not like the sweetish coconut peanut sauce which accompanied it, and neither did I at first, but it grew on me. The satay was three small skewers of small pieces of chicken. I ordered kung pao chicken and he ordered Chang’s spicy chicken. We also ordered the combo fried rice. Again, the food seemed to take a disproportionate amount of time with how busy they were. Neither entrée was spicy, at all. The chicken in the kung pao chicken was chewy and had a gross texture. I had to spit it out in my napkin and I lost my appetite after that. The fried rice was very bland with no seasoning. Probably won’t be back for quite a while.

I use to frequent this location, but now I won’t return after tonight’s experience. The food has gone downhill big time. Smaller portions, quality was worse then Panda Express.

Mu husband and I have been to PF Changs twice in 2 weeks as we saw so many things we’d like to try in the menu. The lobster avocado roll(sushi) is definitely a must have. We also tried the lobster stir fry rice and it was very good yet a little too spicy for us. On our second visit we tried the crab wontons — really delicious, the lobster tacos and the edamame. Nothing special about the edamame. My favorite drink there is the strawberry lemonade. The service is always awesome. This is a place we will definitely go back!

Service was top notch on one of the must busiest days ever: Father’s Day! We made reservations prior and waited roughly about 5 mins before we were seated. We started off with the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which are really good. The chicken is seasoned really well. My sister and I split the Mongolian beef with brown rice. It was the perfect amount for us and the beef was really good. My parents got the Sesame Seed Chicken and that was really good. We’ve gone to many locations but this location has always been friendly and our servers are very attentive here. Thank you PF Changs for handling the crowds so well!

We eat here pretty regularly because the food is consistently great and I know the service is always attentive. My husband drinks tea fast so it’s always good when they are around for refills.

Lettuce wraps are addictive. I find myself wanting them and stopping in sometimes just to have them as an appetizer with a drink. Bar is small and kind of off to the side like an afterthought, but the staff takes good care of you. The managers always are friendly, and have I mentioned the lettuce wraps???

After my last bad experience at PF Chang’s, the management comped our meal and invited us to come back. I’m glad we did. The service was attentive and friendly, and the sea bass I ordered was quite possibly the best sea bass I’ve ever had. I am happy to say that this P.F. Chang’s is bringing their A game again!

Hmm. Used to be a favorite of ours. Some of the best menu items were removed and some ‘meh’ items added. The server mixed hot sauce was one if our favorite things. We will keep trying. Good thing is the wait staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Just got back from PF’s Chang’s. The wife had the Buddhas feast and within 30 minutes wanted to vomit and broke out into a clothes drenching sweat. I use to hear the jokes and references about the quality of the food from programs like South Park but never took them serious until now. I will definitely be going to Brio next time and giving PF’s a wide birth.

I don’t know what PF Chang’s has done in the last few months but this place converted me into a fan. The boyfriend and I arrived at this location at around… 1pm on a Sunday and were quickly seated by the hostess who was kind enough to explain to us the new changes in their menu. After her departure, our server, Jessica(?) was absolutely hands down amazing. Not only was she friendly, but she was quick, professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. After a few minutes of looking at their drinks, I ended up ordering their new Vietnamese latte on a whim because of how cold I was.(which by the way is life changing, really, go ahead and order it you will not regret it!) After the drink came out, the manager(?) stopped by our table to ask how I was liking the latte and how our experience at the restaurant was going. After ordering our appetizers and entrees, another server came over to our table to ask if we were interested in free egg rolls,(mess up? they made extra?) We were more than eager to take those from his hands and indulge in the greasy goodness that egg rolls are. Great food, great service, great location. We’ll be back!

First let’s start with the good. Our server, the luvly Ms. Short Black Hair, was very friendly and very efficient. No complaints. Drinks? Margarita with Patron and Cointreau compete with the best in town.‘ Wife’s Whiskey Sour, with Woodford and Cointreau, likewise. Appetizer were the new Pork«tacos». Will order gain, quite tasty. Wife’s Sea Bass? Huge and she loved it, ate every bite over two nights. My Beef Sichaun? Come on kitchen, dontcha know to cut flank steak against the grain? I think I’m still chewing pieces tonight, the night after our meal, trying to «break up» the meat. Very tasty but Lord, gimme a break, lol. All in all, 4 stars. Solid, tasty, and with the exception of my entrée, very very good. We’ll, of course, be back

Dined with my bride a week ago and found the food and company to be exceptional. Plenty of food, so plan on splitting plates for sure. Would recommend.

One of my favorite places to go and sit at the bar and enjoy a meal(usually lunch) and a glass of wine. The WALNUTSHRIMPWITHMELON, never disappoints!!! It comes with soup or salad, I usually get the soup. I am not a fan of the salad dressing it has a bit of an after taste. The bartenders(server) are always pleasant and very helpful, and greet me immediately.

As will be noted by my reviews this is not the first time we have dined at P.F.Chang’s. Today though was outstanding. Went into the restaurant around 11:15AM and was seated promptly with a waiter coming to our booth just seconds later. Ordered our drinks and he brought a plate of picked cucumbers which I thought were excellent. Covered with vinegar and soy sauce, they were crisp and fresh. Ordered the pepper beef, my spouse the cashews and check and the third party orange chicken. All were served with either brown or white rice. The food was outstanding. My pepper beef had as more beef in it than one would get in three meals at the normal Chinese restaurant and probably five to seven times what one would receive at a fast food Chinese restaurant. The brown sauces was excellent. and was filled with crisp onions, red peppers and green peppers. It had a slight spicy hot taste to it which suited me perfectly. I could to get over the number of pieces of tasty beef on the plate. I could not eat it all thus took some home with me. The cashew chicken was large pieces of white meat, not those strings or chips one usually gets at a Chinese restaurant. There were green bell peppers in the sauce and the taste was superb. The third order was orange chicken which the person said was excellent. Large pieces of white meat chicken. The service was excellent and the food outstanding. You might pay a little more for this quality Chines food and service but is is worth it.

Been contacted by management and asked to give them another chance and try out their new menu. So we went last night. Service was much better. Soup was super hot. Still great food. We decided to give them back a star. Thank you for bringing me back and we will continue to come back. BTW; one of the best Happy Hours Tried the Singapore Noodles. Good but not to my taste. I think I would have liked something spicier, just my taste, nothing wrong with the dish. Also had the 2 for $ 40 meal, great option. You should check that out when you come.
