I stayed at this hotel last minute for an overnite stay. Checking in was a nice experience even though it was midnight. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.(Not typically the case when checking in late at night in any given hotel). The hotel is a little dated with older hallway rugs etc. But the room was clean.(No bugs or bad smells etc.) The a/c worked fine and the bathroom was neat and clean. My only dissappointment was the pillows. They were just kind of hard and not comfy. I was really looking forward to a nice down pillow(ala Sheraton) but what are you going to do. They had a continental breakfast the next morning which was fine. But I don’t do the bread, muffin sugary cereal thing so I sufficed with a Quaker instant oatmeal and coffee. All Good. I would stay there again but the only other choices I saw close by were ‘Motel 6’s’. For about $ 50/night ++. In a pinch it was fine.

We made reservations online and on arrival, they had our paperwork and checked us in quickly. The place is clean and modern. The room is nice, quiet and the A/C worded well. The bed and pillows we comfortable. I wish they had electric outlets that were easily assessable. The bad thing, my husband said it was the worst night ever, something was crawling on him all night. He finally decided it was an allergic reaction. When he told me about it when we got up, there were ants all over the night side table and head of the bed. The breakfast was okay, frozen waffles, bagel, bread, yogurt, cereal, apples, bananas, juice. They had a fancy coffee machine that dispensed bad coffee, cappuccino, hot water and hot chocolate.

Stayed one night with my family of four in king tut suite. We had been driving for hours and still had more hours of driving needed a break. My kids are a huge 16 year old boy a 12 year old girl, they gave us «futon» for them to sleep on which were just the mattress, but they slept great! My husband and I slept in the big king bed which was so comfortable, the best sleep we got from our week of travel. The jacuzzi and balcony overlooking pool was nice. Great suite and extremely affordable due to it not being super fancy.

Stayed almost a week when my water heater went south & soaked my house. The guys who pull up your floor & make sure all the water & moisture is eradicated etc. kicked me out b\c of the machines & work they had to do. This hotel is pet friendly(only a 1 x $ 30 charge for entire stay). Staff was great, reasonable rate $ 80.99 per night. The«Deluxe Continental Breakfast» is not what I would consider«Deluxe», it’s frozen waffles that you heat in a toaster & very, very thin bagels you toast + a limited number of other pre-frozen thawed out bread products from Sam’s Club. I have traveled A LOT& «Deluxe Continental Breakfast» usually means scrambles eggs & some sort of meat + fresh waffle mix YOU cook on a waffle iron. Then some additional bread products, cereal and yogurt. However, everyone is entitled to their own interpretation even if it is «technically accurate» while being highly misleading. The rooms are extremely clean & staff\management is engaging & universally helpful. There is an in door pool, hot tub & sauna, that was very highly maintained. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in as far as hotels go & it surprised me. Turns out the owner took the time to have a study done & picked the highest rated & even uses them at home. There’s no coin laundry or free business center(there’s a pay as you go PC in the lobby which was kinda weird, never seen that before ANYWHERE, Ever…). They do have Free WIFI, did not stay in any hot top suites which I hear are great so nothing to share there. It’s directly across the street from Dickies BBQ& close to a lot of food joints. So the location is great. Overall me & my family were happy with our stay. Mostly because it’s clear the staff is happy to work there which usually means the management is pretty great. A lot of chains have some highly miserable staff who«pay it forward» mostly unintentionally. This staff was happy so they paid that forward, if you know what I mean. We would stay again & recommend it to friends & family if asked.

On a recent family trip to DFW we had a few must haves in a hotel. 1. Pet Friendly since we brought our Bichon with. 2. Indoor Pool(probably less than ¼ of DFW area hotels have indoor pools.) 3. Complimentary Breakfast 4. Micro Fridge 5. Fitness Center A few things they didn’t have that the chains like Comfort Suites, Drury Inn, and Holiday Inn usually have were 1. Free business center.(they do have free WI Fi and a computer near the lobby you can excess internet for a fee) 2. More hot breakfast items 3. Flat screen TVs 4. Coin Laundry These would have been nice, but weren’t important enough to be «must have» Most of the Hotels closer to Arlington, Tx were booked or close to booked for at least part of our stay. So we found this hotel about a ½ hour away in one of those Roadside coupon magazines for a very fair rate. It was little out of the way, but we didn’t have to wait in line for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Room was clean. One morning we asked if they had any wheat bread and they sent someone to the store to get some It was also next door to a very good BBQ Restaurant.
