The Flower Cottage

The Flower Cottage must be an FTD florist, because over the years I have received several arrangements made by them sent to me by out of town family. I’ve never written a Unilocal review but felt that our community should be doing business elsewhere than with this florist.
The arrangements I have received (just got one a week ago), have been tacky from the ribbons used to the arrangement itself it was a disappointment. I’m grateful to receive flowers but if I was the one purchasing an arrangement for anyone this would be the last place I would select. A $ 60 arrangement should not be mainly daisies and carnations with a few «tan» colored baby roses. I am also sharing my thoughts with FTD.

This will be my first ever Unilocal review (which goes to show you how angry I am with this place of business)
On 2÷3÷15, I ordered flowers for my significant other. These flowers were to be delivered «same day» as specified on the website as well as the confirmation email I got after placing me order.
I provided this business with my significant others phone number and exact address, as well as both my phone number and email address.
After the order was placed and the money was withdrawn from my account I waited for a few hours before calling to confirm that the flowers would be delivered same day. A lady advised me that these would be delivered between «5:00PM and 5:30PM». Needless to say the flowers were not delivered.
I called them the this morning and was given a full refund and advised by Angie that they could not find the address. Please note that no call was made to any of the contacts they had, no attempt was made to try to get these delivered, I am even beginning to doubt that they had ever planned to deliver them in the first place.
On the confirmation email I got from them it had the delivery address and the contact information on there. They also had access information stating that they could enter through the office (which was open) or just enter through the back gate which was currently stuck open.
Do not do business with this place.
