The worst McDonald’s I ever been to I hate this place employees rude food cold manager rude cleaning guy picking up change from the drive thru wtf is this establishment there is always a wait the employees are rude they don’t crack a smile the drive thru people are ghetto nothing about this store is correct again the worst McDonald’s ever it’s disgusting inside as well

Ok so I honestly would recommend you either don’t go here at night or drive 2 miles to the next which is better, first I’d like to say this review is based off of multiple experiences, I will note that this is the closest one to my house. My first drive thru experiences here I ordered about $ 25 worth of food for my family and when we we got the food my Big Mac, and 2 bacon burgers were not in my bag and obviously I was furious because I checked at home and not in the car, my second is a complaint which is the frappé and shake machine that’s always not available from maybe 10pm-​5am I don’t know why because I went to a McDonald’s on MacArthur rd and they had it up and even in Quakertown, but apparently here they never do frappes and shakes at night. Some of the ladies that work here are quite nice but some just shout «sorry the machine is down» the minute I order a frappé, I mean one time I went inside and the manager had served me and she turned the machine on and that was all that was wrong.
But seriously you can get better service else where, not to mention half the stuff on the menu at night is not available (besides the frappé machine) which is why the lines are so long.
