The Pretzels are horrible. And the whole place is cheap. Nothing ever works including the people that own it. they are never there. There is always a sign that says «be back in 5»… if I could rate them less than 1 star, I would.

Don’t get the grilled cheese pretzel, not worth it. I would never come back to this place. The woman who made my pretzel had really long hair and didn’t have it tied back.

Best place to grab a bite at south mall. something about the pretzels, awesome taste and go great with a variety of every drink possible from icee, smoothies and coffee. Keep up the great work!

Not even close to what’s considered «gourmet».
I’ve eaten the stuff from this place a few years ago when it was still good. Now the stuff they sell you here is terrible.
The pretzels aren’t made fresh at all, they come from bulky plastic bags that can be seen easily from the front counter. The smoothies are ridiculously expensive for the quality. They’re basically watered down fruit juices.
Service is slow, prices are expensive, and the food is stale and flavorless. The last time I went there, they didn’t even have salt on any of the pretzels. Another note about the food here is it is all extremely greasy, and because it’s been lying in the glass display case all day, the grease soaks into the food and the food gets greasy and stale.
I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone unless they had some serious cash to burn. Just eat at some of the other eateries located at the south mall.
