The pizza was pretty good. Extremely rude staff. I had a carryout order and the lady that answered the phone didn’t tell me all the specials. When I arrived and saw the specials advertised, she refused to give me the discount and I had ordered exactly what the special was… on top of that she was really rude about it. Even though the pizza was good, I can’t stand rude service and won’t be going back. On top of that, when I arrived the same lady was sitting on a crate on the floor eating pizza right behind the cash register and came up to help me still chewing pizza with her mouth open… just gross.

Without doubt the best pizza shop in the Alliance area. I have always loved Napoli’s, but it easily slid to top place in my book with the demise of Pisanello’s, which was probably the best pizza in Alliance ever. Only two area establishments come close in my opinion. Victorio’s down on Arch Ave and Pizza Oven in Canton. For chains(which I am not fond of) Gionino’s is a distant fourth place. Napoli is the best authentic NY style, hand-tossed pizza you can get this side of Brooklyn. Fresh ingredients, perfect thin crust, extra-large one-size pizzas with nice big foldable slices per the true NY way. They also do specialty pizzas like deep dish Chicago style and rectangular thick crust Sicilian style. Great value too for a pepperoni and cheese is only around $ 11.00. Nowhere in town can you get an extra large for that price anymore. Having been located in Carnation Mall since circa 1984(the only reason I have to go to the mall), the only thing I’d like to see someday is them moving out of that horrible mall food court space and into a separate shop somewhere else on State St. with later hours esp. on Fri/Sat nights. However that aside it’s totally worth it because the pizza is so fantastic. Even good cold the next day. Grab a pie today and fall in love with it yourself!
