Pizza Pronto

Wow, so I think this placed closed down like a week after I reviewed them. A real shame they couldn’t compete with the other pizza places in the area, especially since they had the most interesting sandwiches and salads out of all of them.

How in the world is there anything not Unilocaled in Allston? This isn’t really a first is it? Hello? Is this thing on?
I’ll give this place a very solid 3.5 stars for the sandwiches. I haven’t tried the pizza.
Based on my lunch today and watching these guys work, it seems like they take pride in their work. I can’t remember the last time I saw such craftsmanship go into a sandwich. The menu goes beyond the typical grinder ingredients, for example I had a Grilled Chicken sandwich on wheat with provolone, tomato, caramelized onion, sun-​dried tomato paste and grilled mesclun mix. Nice.
Don’t let the atmosphere here dissuade you-​ignore the spider web of cables going to the TV and PC sitting haphazardly in the corner. Just order a sandwich and enjoy.
