Being the only real coffee shop in Alma, Bigby holds its own well. Friendly staff, fast service, and they carry on fun conversations. Great selection of drinks, especially the smoothie options. I’m going to have to make this place a regular stop of mine.

During a power outage this morning, the staff at Biggby (who fortunately had power) took it all in stride and handled the deluge of caffeneless customers with there normal exuberance. Thanks MaryAnne and crew!

Not only does this place have the best coffee around, the staff is ALWAYS friendly. I am impressed every time I go here. The employees take the time to chat with every customer and they always greet me with a smile. This is my favorite place in town and I love it more with every visit.
