Very helpful service! I brought in my own phone that I got from rent a center so I can make payments on a phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it needed to get configured to work on cricket service. Very fast and friendly service.

They don’t even deserve this one star. The two female that work there have no clue what they are doing. They took over a hr to set up my phone and when they did I have 3 sets of contacts and had over 3000 pics instead of just 300. I was so up set! I ended up going the the main branch in cedar hills and they fixed all my problems! That team was amazing in cedar hills! Way out of my way but that’s where I’ll be going from here on out!

It took me 4 times to get a customer service representative that knew what they were talking about. I was in the store almost 40 minutes just to switch wireless carriers because Cricket is cheaper (now I see why). If you do your own research then its great, if not be careful as many don’t know anything about their own company. I used my own Samsung Galaxy 4 phone I bought from best buy. Im saving almost 600 a year switching from Verizon to cricket. Be careful of auto-​pay and due date. I finally got a rep named Manuel Rodriguez in online chat who was exceptional at customer service and knowledgeable. He explained it all very well to me no one else did, they all just didn’t care. So I went into the store on the 10^th, and my pay to date is the 9^th my automatic draft is the 7^th. If I call on the 4^th I can change the draft to the 2^nd. So you call on the day you want to change it. It restarts the 30 day month coverage. Or you can pay in advance online. The best part is their data 4G data plan of 2.5 GB, then anything over is just dial-​up speed but no extra charges!
