I recently dealt with the new owner/management of Pellet Grill Warehouse which has merged with Dukes’s BBQ Pit. Pellet Grill Warehouse no longer exists. His name is David Foley and is located in Aloha, Oregon They are a top notch company, helpful, courteous, and honest. I ordered my BBQ and the order was immediately placed and delivered in 3 days by FedEX Express. I highly recommend them for your BBQ needs.

Beware. I ordered a replacement part online for my Traeger Smoker on 11÷24÷11 and received a confirmation email from Pellet Grill Warehouse that my order was complete. My credit card was billed, and then… nothing. One call and two emails have gone without reply. It is now almost three weeks since the order was placed and I am calling the credit card company and reversing the charges… Strong caution advised.

I was the exceedingly fortunate recipient of a Traeger«Little Tex» grill as a wedding gift over the summer, and I couldn’t be happier. What I wasn’t terribly happy about is that there wasn’t an easily identifiable store for Traeger supplies near my new home. Enter the Pellet Grill Warehouse. During my research for Traeger parts and supplies, I ran across the Pellet Grill Warehouse. It definitely caught my attention, as our new home is nearly right down the road. So, last weekend, I stopped by to check the store out and place an order for a digital thermostat. Their prices were competitive with what I saw online for the device. Additionally, they had some non-stick rib racks in stock, so I bought one of those as well. The service was plenty courteous and friendly. They actually didn’t have the thermostat in stock, and the gal I dealt with said she’d order it and they’d call when it was in. I got 10 minutes down the road and she’d found one and made sure to call me. I appreciated the gesture. The showroom is very bare-bones coupled with being very small. There are 2 sample grills in front, a wall with Traeger pellets and accessories and a counter. That’s it. The other kinda difficult part is parking. You have to slow to nearly a stop on 209thVERY quickly to navigate into the parking lot. Those of you who are familiar with 209th will recognize that it’s 45+ and cars typically are traveling a lot faster. These 2 things combine for –1 star, unfortunately. Regardless, I’m happy to have a place so close for pellet grill stuff. I can’t speak for their pricing on the grills themselves, but I can tell you that they’re competitive on all the accompanying items, so check ‘em out for yourself.
