Went in to see if they had some coils for capes. Not only did they not really know what they were doing, because we were just in for $ 5 – 10 worth of merchandise we were pretty much ignored. The people who were working did not seem interested in helping us at all. Will never go back.

Great shop always so helpful and have educated me on the wonderful world of vape! They have one of the largest selections of juice and almost always in stock of everything!

I gave a bad review the last time I wrote one for torched illusions. This time, I just wanted to note, that the other battery I bought at the store (the first one went dead within a day), lasted a month. Needless to say, they wouldn’t take that one back either. GO ELSEWHERE. All I can say. Apparently, they sell junk at this store.

I was refused service because I was told there was a credit card purchase minimum of $ 5. After waiting patiently in line and surveying the cash register for a sign of a minimum required to make a purchase I tried to use my debit card to make a purchase of under $ 5. I was not able to make my purchase as the merchant stated that there was a $ 5 minimum to use any card.
The information I found below indicates that while businesses can impose a credit card minimums, debit card purchases are exempt. In any case, a clearly visible sign might eliminate confusion.
All merchants are legally able to impose a minimum purchase, up to $ 10, for customers paying by credit card, under the Dodd-​Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Dodd-​Frank was signed into law in December 2010. The minimum must be the same for all credit card issuers and payment card networks. But that doesn’t give you the right to impose a minimum purchase on debit cards, even if it’s only $ 2. «The provision applies only to credit cards, not debit cards,» noted J. Craig Shearman, vice president of government affairs public relations at the National Retail Federation, in an email message.
The National Retail Federation does not expect a minimum purchase for debit card users to be authorized any time soon. «There is no initiative to seek a minimum purchase amount for debit cards,» Shearman said. «The reason is that merchants want to encourage consumers to use debit cards rather than credit cards.»

Purchased vape pen with warranty broke day one, jerks about it blame customer not crappy product, they replaced it with a model that was cheaper and that piece broke day one… No returns accepted forget these people spend couple dollars more or anywhere else!

employee– no, what kind,…what, what for?
Me– glass on glass tubes,…for VAPORIZER?
employee…uh no… thanks for coming in,
and he walked away.
I stopped to look around before leaving and saw that there was in fact a
huge supply of vape tubes.
I let the employee know he in fact sold the tubes i asked for and left.
Ill just stick with my regular shop, or give a different employee a try.

I’ve been to this place a few times now. I always get the same great customer service which makes each visit a pleasant one. They seem to have an alright selection of a bunch of things. I usually go in for vape supplies. The e-​liquid selection is limited, but they do have a few excellent flavors, and even offered to special order a larger size of our favorites which I thought was pretty cool. I’ve purchased atomizers for my Kanger protank mini 2, but they don’t seem to last more than a couple of days. They also don’t carry the 2.5 only the 2.2. Unfortunately I’ll have to go elsewhere to find my atomizers, but if I need that special e-​liquid or incense I’ll definitely stop in here.
Also for any serious Vapers out there. This place carries a very MINIMAL selection of vape equipment and not high end !

well, i hate to be this way but… went in yesterday to buy a an oil atomizer for my 510 pen vaporizer. went to quite a few shop looking and everyone was out of stock, so i was very happy to find somewhere that had them in stock so i wouldn’t have to wait on an online order to get to me. nice store, lots of selection, very helpful staff, overall nice place (hence 2 stars instead of 1 star). get my atomizer (a steep 32 $) and head back to the house to put it to good use. attach it to my pen, pack it up with some beautiful «candy jack» and… nothing. dead as fuck. next day, call t.i. and inform them of my plight. them «too bad, it’s „used“ man.» — me «well, how am i suppose to know if it works without using it?» — them «you should have tried it first, with nothing in it.» — me «yeah, we did in the store and it worked.» — them «too bad bro. nothing we can do». now, i don’t give a damn about any policy a store might want to keep, if i buy something and it doesn’t work, i deserve a refund. period. head shop or not. this place could have made hundreds off of me (i smoke alot), instead they sold me overpriced defective garbage, wanted to be cheap about replacing it and will never get my business again.
