Wells Fargo Bank

Best customer service of any bank I’ve ever had. After just 3 weeks with Wells Fargo in Aloha, most of the staff were calling me by name soon as I came through the door. I’m truly amazed at how accommodating they are. With their new system most deposits such as checks are good the next day. No waiting 2 days for them to clear. Have a check come through to soon? They’ll give you that day to deposit funds without charging you an NSF charge. I’ve really be impressed how they remember things you redundantly do also. Business accounts have huge benefits too. Chex systems preventing you from getting an account? They have a second chance checking account also. No reason that anyone should not have an account here.

It’s an ok bank. Place is kinda hidden and rundown. Employees weren’t particularly friendly or unfriendly. Got my banking needs done.
Doesn’t have a vault or notary. Not a branch I would frequent.

Upon entering the branch, we were immediately greeted by a teller and asked what we needed help with. Within less than a minute, Amanda dropped everything she was doing and came over to help us. Her professionalism and kindness blew me away. I have been to locations all over California as well as Oregon and I have never met a group of professionals so kind and passionate about taking care of their customers.
Thank you all for helping us and cleaning up the mess that the so-​called-​bankers at Tanasbourne made. I WILL NEVER BANK AT TANASBOURNE EVER AGAIN!!!
I honestly wanted to close my parents accounts and move them elsewhere, but this cute Aloha branch has given me a newfound love for Wells Fargo.

Solid bank branch.
They have 1 ATM. It is a walk-​up one next to their front door. I wish they had a drive through one.
They have two drive-​up windows.
The tellers are nice and usually efficient. They have some bankers there who can talk to you about investing and lending. Lily is very helpful and always welcoming.
They often have long lines on Saturdays and pay days, but they always seem to move quickly.
Bonus: they have Dum-​Dums at each teller station!
