I’m always leery about visiting AT&T since you don’t know what to expect anymore, and an AT&T kiosk/booth, um, yeah… But, Maz was super friendly and knowledgeable. He’s really cool and super nice since he seemed really genuine in the conversation we were having. He assisted in getting a new battery ordered for my Galaxy and also informed me about the new AT&T plan offerings. He also explained about the AT&T Next plan offering as well. This kiosk is pretty convenient as well since it’s located in North Point Mall. If you’re trying to find this place, park where American Girl is and the kiosk is located behind the Starbucks & right in front of JcPenney.

Ive had mostly lame times going into AT&T to get my iPhone serviced. I wont review the first, and previous time I was here, but I did come here tonight, the 4th cause my iPhone stopped working. The guy who helped me, Chris I think, was cool and seemed into helping me out. Of course he did what he does best, and tried to upgrade me, and get me to sign up the AT&T Uverse. He was gracious when I declined all, but told me that I either had to take my phone to Apple, or upgrade. Now, I know this isnt Apple, but I would think Apple would train these people better. After all this is a flagship Apple product, I dont expect them to be Genius certified in fixing iPhones, however they should know more then just the basics. When I took it to Apple, all it took was 5 minutes and a simple command and my phone was set. On top of that, without asking, Apple checked my warranty and saw I could get a free replacement. Did AT&T do this? Nope. I understand that this is a business and you make your money off of getting people to upgrade their phones and contracts, however I was not pleased that my warrant wasnt checked out before making me go up to Apple and get my phone fixed that way. I will definitely keep this in mind next time my phone goes down and I need it looked at.
