From the moment you walk in, your name is known, & you are guided through your procedure before any work is done. It’s as if there was a briefing on each patient before the day starts. It’s obvious that they are keenly aware of the anxiety that comes with dental visits. Everything they do & communicate is directed at allaying any anxiety. NO SURPRISES.
My x-​rays revealed that I needed much work. We developed a plan based on their quadrant methodology and took into account, my time and what made the most financial sense for me. My first crown is completed and it’s perfect.
They are flexible and make you a partner in your own dental care. As dental offices and experiences go — It just doesn’t get much better that this.
