I have been storing all of my belongings here for over a year and have had no problems. In fact, the staff is incredibly nice and really, really helpful. They helped me chose both the right size for the amount of items I needed to store and helped me pick the right date to start renting while still waiting for my stuff to arrive from California.
They also solve problems very quickly. There was an error on my bill for a couple months (the insurance charge was supposed to be removed), but as soon as I brought it to my local facility’s attention, the manager took care of it right away. He then credited me the total amount and there wasn’t a problem again.
I have been completely statisfied with Extra Space Storage.
