Global Farmers Market

This little grocer is located on Douglas Rd, (next to Noosh Persian Bistro). It is an interesting little store that carries all of those special ingredients you need to make that Middle Eastern inspired meal. They have a great selection of perishable and non perishables foods, (nuts, oils, fresh veggies/​fruits, seasonings, condiments, drinks and delicious bread/​wraps, etc).
Although the veggies consistently look like they are past their prime, they remind me of veggies straight from the garden, all dinged up but popping with flavor.
I recommend getting some of the their fresh bread, and a package of Shawarma chicken seasoning to make some delicious wraps for dinner. Pair that with a mix of grilled veggies and you are ready to go.
It is a nice place to just browse, explore and try something new.
