I purchased two pairs of earrings, and when I purchased them I let the manager know one pairs would be returned. I couldn’t decide which pair until I put the entire outfit together. The manager said returning one pair would be no problem and I could get a full refund on my card. When I went to return the pair I decided not to keep, they seemed very miffed that I was making a return. They said I would only get a store credit, even though all tags were attached and I had my receipt. Now I’m stuck with a $ 70 store credit and I don’t want anything in there! I’m so disappointed at the way I was deceived. I won’t be shopping at the store any more.
