The GIST(quick summary) is bellow and my grading rubric. 1 star is a suitable review Being a pizza addict, this has been the second to worst pizza I’ve had. First of as I walked in and was taken to my seat I saw a leak in the middle of the room from the air-conditioning. It was left un attended as it piled up. Strike one The restaurant had the dark oak wood style. Moreover, it was ok. As I ordered my meal(16″ marghita pizza~basil and mozzarella ~with olives and garlic on separate sides of the pie) I waited along the lines of 10 – 15 minutes, not bad. In addition I realized the waiter did not have a sheet to take orders. As the pizza arrive I realized they messed up the order. Half was mushroom instead of olives. I kept the order. Remember that the did not carry a list of the orders. Strike two As we ate threw the pizza, the further in we when to the center the more problems. one problem was the cheese did not settle properly on the bread. More importantly the closer to the center of the pie, the softer the dough. As I analyzed the pizza, the dough was completely soft and pale. Uncooked pizza dough. Strike three.
