DO NOT step foot in their office (s)! They are con artist. They told me my visit and tests would be covered by my insurance and two months later sent me a bill for an outrageous amount. They billed me for $ 2,000. I have been trying to get someone to discuss the bill with me for about a month now. I even emailed Marcia Williams, one of the ND’s, with no response. I specifically asked if my insurance was going to cover these tests. They also billed me twice for the same test! I have spoken to multiple people when I’ve called their office and no one can seem to help me. I have been to their Buckhead location and only «the lady that gives shots» is ever their. I don’t think these folks are genuinely trying help their patients. Horrible experience.

These guys suck!!! I have been trying to get with them for almost 3 month. First of all it take them for ever to call you back, that is if they ever call you back!!! Once you can finally get in contact with them then they say they will run your insurance for you, and they say it will take 5 – 7 seven day, but it is more like weeks. It them over 8 weeks before they figured out someone dropped the ball. When they finally figured out what happen they realized the don’t even take my insurance. When I called to complain to the manager, she apologize and said there will be a new doctor coming on which allow them to take my insurance. I called back a few weeks later and they are still not answering their phone, not returning calls, and when I finally got a hold of someone they did not know what they did with my information!!! Wow!!! Stay away from these people!!! If this is the way they are handling their clinic, just imagine how they will handle your health!!!
