I ordered stationary through Paper Affairs online system. I have purchased from a brick and mortar paper affair before and thought I would receive a great product through the online ordering system. WRONG! I requested a monogram with script on my cards and was sent a completely wrong monogram. I have emailed Paper Affair on 3 seperate occasions and left 3 voicemails over the last 10 days with no response. The website states someone will contact you within 24 hours. Clearly incorrect. Don’t waste your money or time ordering from this group, it is clear they do not value customers.
