Not happy. Awful haircut. Had to get it fixed before showing up to work looking like a fool. Not returning.

Have always had good experiences at this location, but after my last visit I may be taking my business elsewhere. I asked to have the hair over my ears cut halfway, however the hair stylist mistakenly cut it back completely. A small mistake like this is not the end of the world, however despite the fact that I will have to live with this for months, the hair stylist offered no apologies or sympathy when I let her know. Instead, I got a snarky response and was not offered to have the bill waived or discounted at the cash register. Very disappointing experience and may be my last time at this location.

Not sure what happened to my previous review — it wasn’t favorable. I won’t say much about it other than the manager of the establishment did call me to try to give me a free hair cut to make it right. I told her after having my hair cut there twice and dissatisfied both times I would not take her up on the offer even if it’s free.
A week ago I was desperate. I needed a haircut and this place is so near my house. I decided to go in. Besides hair grows back right?
I’m glad I went back. Latresa D. cut my hair. SHE IS AWESOME! I love her personality. She is the ONLY person that’s ever told me how to manage my big olé cow lick I have at my crown. Most other stylists just cut around t and if it’s not a salon then they usually mess it up. (That was what happened at this place the previous two visits).
But Latresa told me how she was going to cut it to keep it under control and told me how I needed to comb my hair to keep it under control. Latresa has a very positive outlook on life and she helps you experience that while she’s cutting your hair. The great thing about this place are the extras. Latresa has a way of up-​selling so you don’t realize she’s up-​selling and I say this in a complimentary manner. She offers the additional services — would you like to go to the «locker room» and let’s put the warm cloth on your face. And then she tells me the benefit of doing that and how it will help my face. Having trained sales people before she does a good job of presenting the feature and the benefit. Better yet she does so in a pleasant non-​sales person manner. It actually added to my experience.
The concern I have is this SportClips location won’t keep Latresa happy and she’ll leave — then I and everyone else will miss out on a good hair cut and a great experience.
I wanted to post on the company website, but I lost my receipt and didn’t have the information to enter the survey so I hope the manager sees this again and sees that Latresa is a GEM and helped win back me as a customer and I’m sure many others.

Good solid place to get your haircut. The stylist are friendly and do a great job. The MVP is the way to go.
