Quick service. Huge selection. Very polite! Cashier was pleasant and courteous. I would love to return to this store. Thank you

Have ate here a few times at the deli, its ok. I usually pop in here and there to buy some stuff. Went in last week and the lady at the deli was stand offish to say the least. Won’t go back.

This place is great! I had the grinder, which was basically a torpedo, but man was it good. The woman making the sandwiches was very nice and the owner was cool! Two thumbs up and I’ll be back!

Convienent neighborhood liquor store. Good selection of beers, but not the best in Alpine. Good place but just average. They have a deli counter but I’d pass on it. Food didnt look fresh at all.

10 plus years ago I ate here and the sandwiches blew my mind. Now, they are just ok. If you had a choice between subway and here, come here.

I live in this area and I never thought a great sandwich would come from a liquor store! So good! Try one on your way in, it will be worth it! Best sandwiches in Alpine…

I went here primarily for the deli, which I saw from the street when driving around Alpine. The place also doubles as a liquor store, giving you the opportunity to slam down some brew before you begin your consumption of these massive sandwiches. The menu, despite having an abundance of sliced cheeses and slabs of meat, was uncoordinated and aesthetically nauseating to look at — I felt like I needed a Rosetta Stone for the first five minutes to understand what types of condiments they had. But, alas, once the sandwich was erected, I had little to no qualms. I did, however, want to sling my German potato salad into their trash can after one taste of the stuff. Honestly, I’m still not sure if this alleged potato salad wasn’t really wet adobe. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my sandwich, despite a hobo that lingered near one of the deli’s outside patio tables. Apparently this poor old man has been living next to this place for awhile; there were frayed blankets and makeshift pillows nearby. As much as I have empathy for this gentleman, I’m surprised the store doesn’t remove him from the premises. I don’t think it’s just me, because many people, upon seeing three cups full of urine and an open package of Lays chips next to a deli, would probably be apprehensive to eat there. Overall score: Three stars for the french roll holding a trough of lunch meat; negative one star for the paper cups full of urine.

Although this is primary a liquor store, they have a small deli inside that makes really good sandwiches. I really like the Turkey, Ham and Avocado on sourdough. The bread they use is always great!
