I discovered this business on Living Social’s coupon site and thought I’d try and support a local business by checking them out and writing a positive review. That did not work out as planned. I tried calling this business several times today to schedule an appointment for their headlight cleaning service. This is what happened:
(1) Phone rings
(2) Someone picks it up
(3) No greeting
(4) I hear the background sound of people talking, working, carrying on, whatever, but no acknowledgment to my follow-​up, «Hello? Hello?»
(5) I waited a few minutes each time, but nobody bothered to speak to me.
(6) Repeated three (3) more times.
I came away with no confidence that I would let any representative of this business touch my car and received a refund from the nice folks at Living Social.
Pro Tip: If you’re going to start a new business and promote online, do answer your phones, greet your customer, and show that you actually want their business.
Stay away from Pro-​SteamLA or whatever name they resurface under the phone number (866) 689‑2703.
