They have been out of medication I needed last two refills and I had to go to Pearland CVS. The last time they told me they would order and when I called back 3 –4 days later I was told they couldn’t get it because wharehouse was out. I didn’t get a call from them to let me know and I was excpecting them to have it filled. They were not helpful at all and when I checked around at other locations I was told that there should be a secondary source the stores can order from.

Always have to come back later after they say a specific time or date — once I had to call around different stores to find medication for my husband– staff didn’t even offer to find it for us

This particular CVS Pharmacy NEVER has the medications needed in stock. My husband waited almost a month before we decided to switch to another location. However, the store is ok.

One of the most important features about any pharmacy is the call system to request refills and transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to another when you are out of town. When you call this pharmacy, the answering system is not only down but the phone just rings and rings for several minutes. Then, it appears as though the line picks up but no one says anything and the line hangs up on you. There is no dial tone to indicate that the line is disconnected. I was visiting relatives in the area and I ended up having to physically go to the pharmacy and wait for an hour to have the prescription transferred and filled. The staff was helpful, but the technical problem that is ongoing there was very inconvenient. I ended up travelling to a 24 hour Walgreens in the area because they had the technical problem and they were out of stock of another prescription we needed to fill on my second trip to this CVS.
