On Nov 19, I brought spring service, because I was told that I’ll get 23% employee discount on my service charge. However, later I was told that I’ll only get 15% discount only on data service. This is at least $ 40 more per week than I was told while I signed the contract. Since it is a big financial burden, I had to move back to the previous service provider. Now sprint is not making me to pay $ 176.06. It is there fault giving me wrong information, now because of that(their fault) I have to pay more money.
