Mantis Computers

I was very happy to use Mantis Computers for a repair to a one year old Toshiba Satellite laptop. After a recent MS Windows 8.1 update, the keyboard and track pad were completely MIA. The laptop also would not complete a system restore function.
Carl at Mantis was very engaging as we initially discussed my laptop problem. He quickly outlined a plan of action and I left the laptop in his capable hands.
Before the end of the day, Carl called with a diagnosis, and let me know I’d be able to pick up the laptop the next afternoon. He completely repaired the issues with the laptop.
I believe Mantis’ rates are at least as reasonable as the Geek Squad without having to bear the indignity of dealing with a snotty high school senior who gives the impression anyone older than 30 is a Luddite. The initial fee for analysis was $ 35.
It is nice to know when you do experience the hassle of PC issues, competent and professional PC repair is available in Amber (Shop Small).
