There is a saying in fine dining that you go to a restaurant the first time for food but will go again for its hospitality. Even though this restaurant is far from fine dining experience, it surely doesn’t hurt to smile and be hospitable while taking food orders from diners. Even though this place has decent food I wouldn’t like to go back.

I am a frequent traveller to Americus for business purpose and eat out always. Hibachi express’ food is ok but their service is by far the worst service I have ever seen in food business in my life. You will find the cashier talking on phone all the time and she is kinda rude while taking the order. Her behavior might kill your appetite. Restaurant ambience is ok and price is not high.
