Wow, I don’t even know where to begin.
When I arrived to my 2pm appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early thinking I would have to fill out some health paperwork, like most places have you do before working on you. Nope, no paperwork. The woman was also on the phone screaming at someone she was on the phone with, asking if she was «retarded». I immediately wanted to walk out, but stayed. I have no idea why. The woman then takes the phone away from her ear, and slaps the massage table, looks at me and says «Lay down.» i said to her, I would like to talk to you about my massage before we start. She says «What?» I tell her where I’m feeling stress knots, and what kind of pressure i’d like to have. She looks at me and says «Ok, climb up.» Mind you she’s still on the phone, even worse the phone is on speaker phone while she’s on hold. She played no relaxing music, and talked the whole time! Not only that but she began working on me 10 minutes late and only massaged me until 2:45. All together an hr massage that was paid for, was only 20 mins! She said some other ridiculous rude stuff to me as well, while I was there. I still can’t believe I didn’t just walk out. Anyways, I left in a horrible mood, which most of you know, that’s NOT how you’re suppose to feel after a massage. Also, my right knee is in a tremendous amount of pain that was NOT there when I first walked into her office. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE! Ugh :(
