Collective Copies

I LOVE Collective Copies! The people are amazingly helpful. As a small business owner, I feel like they are a vital part of my team. Every time I go in there with a job, no matter how tricky I think it may be, they nod, smile, and deliver it quickly, affordably, and exactly, if not better, than I thought it would turn out. I can’t recommend Collective Copies highly enough. They are a treasure in our community. I am so grateful to have a local option to those big box stores. They do an amazing job AND I get to support our community!

avoid this place at all costs. Total rip off I wanted 3 pages black and white printed from my email they charged me nearly 4 dollars. They charge you 3 to open a file which is insane. I’ve never heard of such a fee and I didn’t see it posted anywhere. For over a dollar a minute I could have a massage or any other form of real work rather than being charged for some dude to open a word file. Never again. Copy cat one Third the price and they are twice as nice.

This little gem called, Collective Copies, sits at the end of Amherst’s bustling S. Pleasant Street. It might not scream, «YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS HERE» from the outside but it is surely the only place that I would go for printing and copying. After much detective work, I found of all the printer options in the Amherst area (yes, I checked down the road and along Route 9), I found Collective Copies was our best option both in terms of price and service.
To put it simply, the staff are flippin’ awesome! They were always friendly when folks walk through the door, were able to problem solve my every issue, and they made printing batches of files easy. I loved that I could e-​mail files or drop things off. I worked with real people, who knew what the heck they were doing (kinda impressive nowadays).
I found this place when beginning the process of planning my wedding, and while I may not have realized how much time I would spend inside this little shop at the beginning of this business relationship– Collective Copies quickly became one of my secret weapons to simplifying my life. They printed EVERYTHING for my wedding including our: save-​the-​dates, wedding invitations, mailing labels, wedding programs, name cards, table names, Thank You signs, and our giant seating charts.
My favorite part about working with them? Going into the shop to talk with the staff about the best way to approach a given project. They helped me figure out solutions to my most challenging problem, at a price I could afford.
