i highly recommend Paul’s Jewelry Design. Not only is the customer service excellent and his work beautiful –he is the most honest and caring jeweler i know.

I went to Paul after being recommended by my boss who had previously great experiences with him as well. When I went in I dealt with Paul who was more than courteous and extremely knowledgeable. It’s nice to know your store owner will also be the one customizing anything you buy!
I came over with a quote from a jewler for an engagement ring and not only did he beat it, he got me a larger and higher quality diamond for the same price. Plus, when my lovely fiancé told me her ring size she was way off. Luckily, the guys and girls at Pauls resized it for me in under 24 hours!
I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Definitely make it in if you’re shopping around!

THE best jewelry store/​designer I have ever been to. Everything is extremely high quality & have never had a complaint. The sales staff (esp. Carrie) can always help my husband pick out a gift that gets oohs & aahs from me as well as others when I wear them.

Was not thrilled with this store. Have been in many times and was a customer, but their service has gone downhill since opening.
We ordered rings and have been back multiple times to have them fixed and redone. Still not happy with the rings. Won’t be going back there again.

I went in here expecting to be WOW’D. I was impressed but not wow’d. First off I elected to go here to browse the wedding band selection because a few friends suggested I check this palce out. After dealing with useless Jared (yes useless, I have been to multiple locations in multipe states of which all are useless they just want to charge something to your credit card then get you out the door)
I arrived at about 6pm during one of the days they are open until 8pm. I was greeted by a friendly woman who seemed like she may have been new as she didnt seem to know anything or how to answer any question we had.
After our questions were obviously not being answered the «new» woman was kind enough to realize she needed help and called an older gentleman over I believe was named Steve. This guy was very knowledgable but not a sales person of for that matter a people person. Nice enough but not a sales person, kind of made my fiancé and i feel a little weird.
Needless to say I like the fact they are a local company and they make custom anything. We ordered a custom piece and anxiously await its arrival. The outcome of the custom peiece will warrant an update to the review which I am sure will result in a better rating.

I don’t often wear jewelry, but when I do, it has to be perfect. I am the pickiest girl in the world, so when my fiancé bought me the most-​perfect-​ever engagement ring I was at a loss as to how I’d ever pair it with a band.
After searching for an antique band to match my heirloom diamond with no luck, my jeweler pal recommended me this place. It’s unassuming, I’ve driven by it hundreds of times. But this is a legit jeweler place. I am very leery of places like Kay’s, Littman’s and all those mall jewelers. They are just out to get me!
Walking into Paul’s you get very personal service and want to make sure you’re happy. After trying on a few bands saying «this is nice, but not perfect» I believe Paul came out and said «we can change that!» I was all super excited and wanted to hear more. Eventually we decided to change the shape and thickness on a band I tried on. We went into the back room with crazy fancy jeweler computers and he measured my engagement ring band so we knew it would match.
I waited a couple months for the finished product since I still had plenty of time before the wedding. The final product is beautiful and one of a kind. I love how the details on my wedding band match my engagement ring, it really makes a difference to me. I am also pleased how well they fit together although I didn’t want them to be an exact fit so I could wear them separately.
And finally, you can tell my band was a unique piece. There are perfect imperfections that makes me feel confident that a real person was putting this ring together and placing all the diamonds. I love the way it looks and am so excited to wear this piece of jewelry everyday, forever!
