Absolutely awful. Waited 45 minutes to get a simple scan because manager on duty was the only one who could apparently perform the task and she couldn’t delegate to the 5 other employees that were standing around. Got home to discover she didn’t even successfully scan to my thumb drive. Terrible service.

This is a good, basic Staples… friendly help and everything you would expect from an office supplies store. Recommended…

Staples in Amherst NH is a conveniently located place to shop for school and office supplies. While this location does not offer the full electronics lineup (for that you can go to the Staples located on Daniel Webster Highway in South Nashua) they have a great selection of products and good pricing. Frequently Staples has some great offers in their Sunday ad, so check the ad out. Very often, and seemingly every week with back to school season, you can find useful items at little to no cost with rebates. Sometimes, with the Staples reward card, you can get items for less than free. I know some people don’t like rebates and having to wait a month or so for your money back can seem like a nuisance, but it is well worth is. The staff at this location is friendly and knowledgable, and while there may be the occasional item out of stock, they are quite happy t help you either find it at another nearby location, or get a raincheck for the item. Overall I am quite happy with this location and their service.
